We are meeting with Tom O’Keefe, Managing Director of Southern Classic Chicken. Southern Classic Chicken, which offers home-style fried chicken, utilizes a drive-thru or walk-up model in each location, which has poised the concept for continued expansion throughout the pandemic and beyond. The brand saw a 20% increase in system-wide sales last year when the demand for off-premise dining increased nationwide and now is starting to become the standard practice in the fast-food industry.
