Nicholas is dedicated to reducing recidivism by providing continuous mentorship and guidance before and after parole, using his teaching background to advocate for community-based support rather than incarceration. He shares his experiences working with at-risk youth, highlighting the unique challenges they face, and discusses his work in adult education, where he’s helped migrants and individuals learning English as a second language pursue further education.
