This is one of the podcasts I listen to every time a new episode comes out. Emma is always bringing up interesting and relevant topics and is a great interviewer.
Emma, host of The Emma Guns Show, highlights all aspects of self-improvement, inspiration and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!
Emma has the skill of being able to make an interview feel like a conversation. She asks the questions but gets out of the guest’s way to allow an answer. But she still contributes her experiences which give the show a conversational feeling.
I love this podcast! Varied, interesting conversation on every facet of health and wellness, not just the ‘obvious topics.’ This is a soothing podcast for me to look forward to after hard days.
Too much empty chatter and self obsession. The vacuity is the star of the show. The co-star ? All the dull, rambling and excessive number of ads. Deleted from library = best way to lose weight ! Lol.
Hello all,
I highly recommend this podcast if you’re into skincare or beauty care. We live in a world ruled by marketing and it’s hard to get straight down to the business of how to buy and what to buy when it comes to skincare. I have gone 29 years of my life feeling overwhelmed and completely defeated by the looks of my skin without anyone to help explain my issues- sadly not even my Derm- but listening to The Emma Guns show has helped me understand where I was going wrong and has introduced me to people and products that have really changed my skin and my knowledge of how to take care of my skin.
I also love that she talks on mental and emotional health. That is really important!
I give her 5 stars hands down.
Emma’s specialty is beauty journalism, but her interviews extend far beyond that topic. My favorite episodes are when we get to learn more about her. She has an amazing voice and down to earth curiosity, that is so refreshing.
Emma is a class act! She comes across so warmly on the show and connects so genuinely with her listeners. Her guests are beauty experts, entrepreneurs, influencers and all around fascinating people- discussing a variety of issues and topics relevant to listeners. Listening to her show always puts me in a good mood!
I recently discovered this podcast and really enjoy the content. But the mmm and hmm sounds in reply to the first speaking is really annoying and distracting.
I understand there are ads as long as the amount and time is reasonable. However, in recent shorter episodes 76% of the time are pointless ads and promotions.
Emma and her superb guests are making business (and life) beautiful! If you’re looking for inspiration, motivation, AND actionable advice you’ve definitely come to the right place. Thanks so much for putting out such a stellar show Emma - keep up the great work!
Listening to Emma makes my dog walks so much more fun! I tend to add many miles so that I can finish her whole informative, fun and engaging podcasts! Thank you🐾🐾
I started listening to Emma’s podcast after meeting her and became a fan. Emma has an innate ability to safely package new and inspiring viewpoints in such a way that even if the subject matter isn’t directly applicable, or even if it conflicts with what I already think, I can learn and then use the information in my own critical thinking. In this age of panic and too much information, The Emma Guns Show is a caring ray of intelligent hope. I love it.
Emma has a warm sense of familiarity that makes listening to each show feel like sitting down to listen to a friend give wonderful advice and thoughtful interviews.
I’m a beauty and skincare junkie, and Caroline Hirons devotee. I found this podcast via CH, and am THRILLED. Thoroughly enjoying every episode I’ve been listening to. If you are a fan of skincare and beauty, you’ll most definitely enjoy this podcast!

I have loved every show since I have been listening. I started early 2019 and even went back and listened to some of the 26 habit shows. This is my absolute favorite podcast!
Some of these British podcasters interview the same people (ie The Gleam girls). I’m going to continue listening to the 26-habits updates only. Also, I can’t stand the audible swallowing (step away from the mike)
I really enjoy the Emma Guns podcast! I have been listening regularly for several months and enjoy the real, informative and genuine info that Emma shares with her listeners.
I love Emma Gunavardhana!!! Her questions to her guests are spot on; she always seems to ask what my next query would be if I were doing the interview! And her interviews are diverse; loved listening to the Chapman sisters as much as I love their YouTube tutorials, I almost peed my pants when the Scummy Mummies were on and I listened to the Gretchen Rubin interview twice! Emma herself is funny, well informed and her personality has such an easy flow about it. I hope you’re on forever and here’s to booking Kelly Osborne and...the Rock!! 🙋🏼💖😉

Addendum: I wrote the above long ago and apparently failed to hit send. 🙄
Since then I have listened to every episode but strongly felt the need to tell you I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the interview today with Beck! She was so engaging, and interesting and you are such an excellent interviewer, really good! I voted for President Obama twice & share the anger & sorrow at this current administration, if it can even be called that! I’m purchasing the book on kindle, hope they have it, I’m ready to devour a great book!
Thank you for your pod casts, Emma, they’re a gift!!! 💝
Hi Emma...I really enjoy your podcast and also enjoy listening to you on other podcasts especially when you guest host...so much fun!! I just listened to the podcast with Em Ford, and I think it would have been nice if she would have answered your question and told everyone what the first products were that changed the way she felt. It was a letdown when she didn’t answer your question... sounded like she was double talking and avoiding answering you. I understand that everyone wears the same make up, but her not sharing when I am used to you being so open about everything you use made me feel like she was a little full of herself. Anyway I just wanted to let you know how I felt. You just keep up doing what you do because you bring a lot of joy into my life...xoxo Sunny B
Emma and her guests provide some incredibly actionable and compelling content for those interested in exploring their own personal evolution & development.
Highly recommend listening and subscribing to The Emma Guns Show if you want if you want the knowledge AND mindsets to improve your body, mind and spirit (and experience life with a new emotional resilience as a result)!
This is my favourite podcast. It’s always entertaining and joyful. There are wonderful nuggets of wisdom unearthed from a variety of smart, successful people. Emma is extremely relatable, and you’ll probably want her to be your “BFF IRL” as I do. ;) She is funny and engaging while still allowing her guests to shine. Though she covers a good breadth of topics, this is the best beauty podcast out there, in my opinion.
I love this podcast so so so so much! Emma is very relatable and I love how open and honest she is with all the topics she chooses (26 habits is such an interesting experiment to do for the year) and of course with all her guests. I know I don't "know" her personally but I feel like we could get a drink and have a fun conversation about books, beauty and Chris Pratt and that's exactly what I like in my podcasts. Thank you Emma!
I’m a first-time listener and am so excited to go through the archive and get caught up. Seems like a lovely person. I found the show by seeing her on Nadine Baggott’s YouTube channel and was so happy to listen to her long interview with Ruth Crilly (a fav of mine). Happy to have discovered it!
I’m a 30-something woman and I love few things as much as conversations with other women. That’s what this podcast feels like— a talk with your best, most intelligent friends. Emma has such a soothing voice and a wealth of beauty, self-care, and business knowledge. I found her recently through a social media post and I am loving everything I’ve listened to, so far! Great guests, a pleasant vibe, and lots for me to think about.
“The Emma Guns Show” is like the “women’s” magazine you always wanted - combination of lighter topics like skincare and nutrition with more serous fare like mental health and careers- without the b.s., advertisements or condescension. Emma is a top-notch interviewer who picks terrific guests and the results are always surprising and engaging. She is real and warm and I feel like I’ve done something both valuable and slightly indulgent in a rejuvenating way when I listen to her podcasts.
Emma makes things fun and interesting, covering new information in the beauty/health field. Her interviews with Nadine Baggat and Caroline Hirons Are not to be missed!
And at age 62, all those things are important. Today’s podcast with Caroline Hirons and Nadine Baggott was like a visit with old friends. Their honesty and integrity regarding the industry that is doing everything to convince me to spend my money is something I value. With the information I have gleaned from these women, my skin has never looked better. Thank you all. Oh, and Emma, I too, am starting to meditate. It’s been over a year, and I think they call it a practice for a reason.
Thank you again for such a brilliant podcast. And for having delightful friends.

Not only does Emma quench your thirst for all things beauty, she also focuses on health and lifestyle. Emma is smart, funny and engaging. Emma brings to her audience engaging guests and her authentic self. Also, it’s like your a third guest —silent yes—but part of the conversation. Lastly, follow her on Instagram— it’s a real treat.
I wish this was a daily podcast! Emma is a real journalist and can interview her subject in a natural, casual, fun way ~ but she is super professional and informative. She loves beauty, pop culture, and all things fashion. Her voice, as in her speaking voice is delightful too. She is a lovely girl’s girl and I wish she was my friend! Love love love this podcast! Thank you Emma! From @erinbendavid and... happy 40th! You are a babe!
I am a huge beauty podcast fan and I love this one. I started listening with the very first show and I love every episode. Informative, fun, and great company while I'm at work!
I am a huge fan of EmmaG and her honest approach to her podcast. She openly shares her triumphs and trials. She shows her vulnerability and I truly appreciate her honesty and candor. I love her rock-chick relationship with Caroline Hirons too! I have learned so much from listening to her interviews. Thanks Emma! Keep up the fabulous podcasts & IG stories.
Emma is an exceptional host, interviewing the most fascinating people. She covers beauty, health, and just interesting ways to review and change your life. It's more than skincare or beauty...she covers those topics but really asks the right people about how to live well. You'll not regret binge listening to all of her stuff! Guaranteed!
So much more than a beauty podcast. Emma manages to combine beauty, lifestyle, psychology, business and much, much more into the best podcast I've ever listened to. I can't wait for her to post every week.
Completely addicted to The Emma Guns Show. I came to this podcast after hearing Sam Chapman (Pixiwoo's) mention she was on the show. I've now stayed and after 3 weeks working through the backlog of previous shows from this podcast, and with each one I learn more and more. The guests are all fantastic and incredibly informative. The topics are wonderfully varied and all fit my areas of interest (beauty, skincare, anitaging, meditation, anxiety, depression...) Emma is spot on in terms of asking all the right questions, pulling out great information during her interviews, and you can tell she is incredibly passionate about each guest and topic. This is a win in the podcast world and trust me, I listen to a lot of podcasts. I also applaud Emma for being so straightforward and honest about her own peronal struggles. I strangely feel connected to Emma because she speaks so openly about areas of her life which I am so discreet and private about. Emma keep it up! I love this show! Thank you :)
