I’m an avid health podcast listener and just discovered this podcast…all I can say is wow! Super informative and so genuine. Will be recommending to friends for sure.
Thank you for your work helping people improve their health!
Appreciate down to earth and genuine conversations and interviews with such wide variety of topics and individuals. Alex Jones interview by far is one of the best, if not the best, and let’s you know, that Luke is truly open minded and frankly, brave, to bring the subjects to the daylight others would look away from. Appreciate it
Luke is a gem and has brought so much value to his listeners. Would love to see him understand how Qortal is the answer to combat what is coming down the pipeline. True uncensorable decentralization without the false promises of essentially every other project.
I love Higher Dose, totally. But this pod is a bit drab, and they clearly haven’t watched the Mother God documentary, as they’re hawking silver in the ads. Whatever I guess. I still like the bath salts and my higher dose mat. Just a bit of a nothing podcast.
I don’t have a lot of time for podcasts, but after one episode was recommended to me, I make time for Luke’s. I love that he gets directly to the point and asks the same questions I have. Also, I love that he’s not selling fear or trying to get the listeners angry. Fabulous topics and incredible guests.
Luke is truly a breath of fresh air in his podcast! So much heart in every episode. Luke uses his platform to highlight personal transformation, create awareness around our habits and have deep, open conversations… Thank you Luke for creating an authentic podcast for Soul-Seekers to listen to!
I am an avid listener and true enthusiast of the lifestyle podcast by Luke Storey. It stands out as one of the most exceptional health podcasts, diving into the grounds of bio hacking and holistic well-being on a mind, body, soul level. The genuine encouragement to embrace personal growth across all dimensions of life is truly empowering. The variety of topics and guests keeps me engaged and I’m always excited to be surprise for the next episode to come!
Thank you for stretching us beyond the comfort zone — your information and guests (hello, Dr. Amandha Vollmer?) are extraordinary. Our world needs (and appreciates) your voice and talents!
Luke is the perfect balance between a podcaster, a storyteller and an advocate… I have found so many amazing gold nuggets of wisdom from his own experiences and the stories he shares by having spiritually sound guests on the show. Luke is honest, ahead of the curve and heart centered. I am also grateful for my friend Jeannie who introduced me to this show years back.
I love listening to The Lifestylist podcast. Luke has well-vetted guests. I have gained so much knowledge by listening over the past few years
He has excellent and well-balanced conversations with the show's guests that keep interest. Luke, thanks for sharing your story on the most recent episode. 😁
I enjoy the realness Luke shows in his podcast. The conversation he presents have such a different way to approach holistic health and wellness.
Thank you for what you share!
Thank you for doing what you do and giving great added value to people. It’s nice to be able to listen to a podcast that promotes good energy and wellness for all.
I have been listening to Luke for months now and I crave all the new episodes. I started with the first couple episodes and I feel like that was helpful to get to know Luke from the beginning. I’ve probably only listened to 50-70 episodes and love that I have so many more if I want them. Sometimes I’ll just do a topic search and see what comes up ( for example “relationships”)
Wonderful topics and guests. Keep it up, Luke!!!!
Luke gets the very best out of his guests.
Well balanced science and heart here. I love to nerd out on all things health related, but sometimes find the personality of the human dropping information somewhat dry. This guys lifts my spirits and heart and helps me be smarter. Thank you Luke.
This is the story of how health is intertwined with privilege, money, with an admixture of scientific nonsense, to wit he is a denier of climatology. It is indulgent, clubby and self-satisfied. This is not about caring for the world. It is about caring for Luke. “Yea, haven’t done a ten-day Vipassana retreat yet. I need to put that on the list.” For sure bro. A consumer shopping for wisdom. Inspiring.
Storey's fearless introspection of his own character and relationships resonates deep in his 4/29/23 episode on cutting relationships with no benefit for self or either person. Having done so in the past three months with a family member, I have to listen to guilt-laden advice because it is an immediate family member but listening to this conversation made me feel safe and secure in that decision and will stand well in the future with other relationships.
If it's 'toxic beyond repair,' cut the ties that bind you.
So sorry to hear you refer to humans tending a ranch as knuckleheads. Sounds elitist or elitist want to be. Otherwise Adrian was a refreshing surprise.
I love how open and honest Luke is about his own journey. Every episode is so informative- like a mini masterclass. Thank you Luke for creating something so deep and intentional.
I’ve come to genuinely care for Luke. I love listening to his podcasts and seeing all his posts on the different social media outlets. We share many similar viewpoints, and Luke helps me find comfort and peace. I’ve learned so much from Luke, and am very grateful for all he does. The content of his podcasts is stellar, and Luke is truly a beautiful human being. I appreciate his honesty and vulnerability, and have also really enjoyed some of the recent episodes with Alyson. All his guests are really amazing. I’ve shared tons of his episodes, and many people in my circle enjoy his Podcasts as well or have started following him. I also took his EMF course which was excellent. Thank you so much Luke 💕
I’ve followed Lukes journey for 4 years and am always learning something new from this podcast.
There is hope for the healed masculine with Luke!
The whole family listens to these podcasts and consider Luke’s perspective with our bio hacking endeavors.
Thank you Luke for always showing up, even vulnerably and giving us a new way of being the best most evolved Souls in this life.
So grateful always 🫶🙏
I stumbled on this podcast looking for an interview with John Wineland. The episode was epic and full of incredible information. If you are interested in learning more about the masculine find that episode. I began listening to other episodes and I am totally hooked. Thank you Luke story this is a great podcast!!
Luke is always on the pulse with thought leaders, spiritual teachers, biohackers and just amazing people. I love hearing his take on topics. I’ve been a listener for about 3 years maybe more. Keep it coming Luke! Thank you for all you do!
I love Lukes podcast. Always spoken in ways anyone can understand. So many other podcast use all these big words I simply have no clue what they are referring too. Not this one! I can apply and understand every episode. Luke’s personality is on point 👍🏻🙌 I thank you for pouring you heart into each episode!
I’ve been listening to Luke’s podcast for 4 years now and it’s opened my mind and heart in so many ways. Luke is thorough, eloquent, curious, and willing go places most would never dare. I don’t agree with his all viewpoints AND I still respect that he’s willing to share them. There is so much to learn and be inspired from including how to express yourself without abandon. He is a major inspiration for and someone I hope to talk to one day.
I found Luke’s podcast through the grapevine. I can relate a lot to his story in his twenties, and it’s inspiring to hear how he’s evolved through it to where he is now. The courage that level of public honesty takes is inspiring. Fantastic guests as well that share their knowledge. It’s lit 🔥 all around. Highly recommend.
This podcast is awesome. Luke Storey is authentic and welcoming, and his honesty is refreshing and inspiring. The podcast and its guest make listeners think. I love it and have learned so much. Thank you Luke!
Luke is the best interviewer I’ve ever heard. He is so thoughtful and comprehensive in the questions he asks his guests and his podcasts are so deep because he’s never in a hurry to end it. You can tell he’s as interested in the topics as we are. Hands down the best!
Brilliant…. So inspiring! So much hope!
This ONE actually made me CRY!
Zach IS the MODEL of Hawkins´ high-frequency human. A pioneer for the world we ARE envisaging ; one we need to begin to create communally NOW.
Thank you!
I’ve only listened to a couple of podcasts and loved them! Great content. The one thing I didn’t like is how they promote kratom and kava but don’t talk about any of the possible side effects. Many vendors only talk about the positives but the list of negatives that either of these compounds can cause is serious and should’t be taken lightly, ESPECIALLY kratom! Kratom can be just as addictive as any other opiate and can cause all sorts of weird side effects (yes even kratom that is tested for purity and follow AKA guidelines) . Don’t believe me, just join a quitting kratom page on FB and see for yourself. I had to learn the hard way myself. The list of side effects one might experience from daily kratom use: severe hormone imbalances, very serious stomach problems, kidney and liver malfunction, hair falling out, and even death in some cases (some cases poly substance use & some not, in every case though it is a seizure followed by death). Not everybody gets these and some people get them worse/quicker than others. Kava can be tough on the kidney and liver but it causes a weird skin condition too that goes away once you stop using it and I’ve heard mixed reviews on wether it can become addictive or not. I never became addicted to it but had some issues with liver from taking too much for too long. I think they are great plants and should be utilized by more people in a safe and informed way. I also think that people that advertise these products should do so responsibly by listing possible negative side effects along with the positives but I’ve not seen anyone doing that yet…..
I can’t get enough of Luke Storey’s podcasts! I tell all my friends that are even mildly interested in their health, body, or spiritually. These podcasts are set to download every week on my phone. Keep up the amazing work, Luke!
Luke’s podcast is truly inspiring. He really taps into physical & emotional healing, which allows for a stronger connection to spirituality. I highly recommend listening to his show. The guests he brings on are so informative and Luke himself is as well. His story is pretty incredible and his determination to live life to the fullest and truest while sharing that with his listeners is awesome. I am grateful to have been on this journey with him just by being a listener! This podcast has really helped me grow as a person. Thank you Luke & all your guests!!
I don’t even know how I stumbled upon this podcast. I don’t even really listen to podcasts, but this one is AMAZING! I find every episode so interesting and thought provoking. Over the last 3 years I have been taking a deep dive into learning about myself or rather unlearning who I thought I was. All of Luke’s topics help me explore these ideas on an even deeper level. My husband and I have spent many evenings around the dinner table discussing the topics addressed in Luke’s podcast, which in turn leads us to extremely deep existential conversations. I appreciate Luke’s candor and curiosity about life, spirituality, and most importantly love.
I have listened to Luke’s podcast for a couple of years now, and have gotten a LOT out of the incredibly knowledgeable, varied guests he’s had on the show. However, I wish he would approach his guests and show topics with a bit more humility. He seems to be more concerned with telling his own stories and interjecting his own “wisdom” to prove he is also knowledgeable about a topic, rather than asking questions that highlight and evoke the knowledge of the expert guest. It leaves me wanting more from the guest, less from Luke. Recent examples are the psychedelic episode with Third Wave founder, and the Peter Crone episode. Both feel like missed opportunities with incredibly powerful guests… all because he spent too much time trying to prove (or perhaps actually thinking) that he was also a foremost expert on the matter.
I appreciate the depth and quality of questions that come from Luke and the answers which his guests provide during these interview/ conversations. Some interviewers cut in on guests more than I personally like, but Luke really gives them the chance to be thoughtful about their response. I have gotten a lot out of these talks.
Luke does a stellar job of making you feel like you’re right there conversing with some of the top experts in the fields of health, spirituality, and wellness. I love how his discussions have a down to earth vibe as they elevate the listener’s consciousness up into the spaces of greater personal growth and potential. He’s not afraid to bring in perspectives others might think but not speak publicly, and I appreciate his and his guests real-talk immensely🙏
I have been listening to Luke’s podcast for 3+ years & love it more and more. The variety of conversations and guests keeps me constantly learning about new things and re-sparks aspects of my knowingness into remembrance.
I love this podcast!! Thank you Luke for being such a pillar of influence in my life even though we have never met. I appreciate your insight, your curiosity and your vulnerability each and every week.
