I’m so glad I found this podcast and so thankful to Mr Goldman he took time from his busy day and spoke to me and gave me the best advice for my accounting career.
Mark and his guests share a wealth of knowledge. The stories are authentic and interesting. The advice is practical. This is a great resource for anyone preparing for a transition in or into the accounting industry. Six out of five stars!
I love this podcast. I assign my students to listen to and reflect on three podcasts in my financial accounting course. Nearly all students are surprised by the number of different career paths an accounting degree can take you down. This podcast is one of the best “guest lectures” you can find.
The best podcast for learning more about what you can do with a career in accounting! Mark is an excellent interview and each episode gives you a slightly different look at what one can do in accounting.
Mark is an amazing recruiter, and an exceptional host. He is very personable and isn’t afraid to dig deep into a person’s ideas, visions, and goals.
On the podcast, you will hear stories that will inspire you to be more than just an accountant. These stories will give you the strength to go out and chase the career you really want to have.
So glad I found such an insightful accounting career podcast! Regardless where you are in your career, you can find value in this podcast if you are interested in pursuing accounting. Mark brings in a diverse group of talented people, takes audiences through their career paths and inspires listeners to learn and move up.
Whether you’re well established as an accountant, or just getting started carving out your niche - this is a must-listen podcast for you! Mark and the entire MGR team do an incredible job leading conversations that cover a huge breadth of topics related to the ins and outs of building a thriving career, and life you can be proud of - with leaders who are actually in the field themselves. Highly recommend listening and subscribing!
My favorite thing about Where Accountants Go is that there is no single view about "where accountants should go". Rather, Mark interviews a wide variety of guests from varied backgrounds to share their experiences, which provides clarity that is difficult to find elsewhere.
I love this podcast. I get to hear about so many different jobs in the world of accounting from all kinds of interesting guests. What I love is that it’s not the host just giving his opinion or story every single episode, but rather I get to hear from lots of different people (and they are the ones speaking most of the podcast).
Is it weird to review your own podcast, yes... but actually I just wanted to post how honored I feel to get to interview all these successful professionals. It’s a great experience.
