I’ve listened to quite a few different real estate investing podcasts, and FlipTalk is by far the best. Don Costa is introducing the audience to professionals in the field from all over the country and every form of business, so the listener gets the benefit of Don’s experience and knowledge but also that of dozens of others. As someone who’s new to the business, I cannot overestimate the sheer usefulness of the information. But I also appreciate that Don is down to earth. No schmaltzy get-rich-quick nonsense here.
Whether you’re an established flipper, experienced investor or just have a desire to learn how to cultivate the skills needed to become a successful member of the REI community - this is a must-listen podcast for you! Don does an incredible job leading honest conversations that cover a huge breadth of topics related to the ins and outs of real estate investing, while sharing a behind the scenes look at his own experiences. I’ve listened to 30 episodes in the past 10 days this is by far the most real and raw podcast on flipping that I’ve listened to. I wish I would have listened to this when I started! I’ve told friends, I would love to hear about your thoughts on both online and live auctions and maybe suggest some warmer markers to invest !
Great podcast guys! I enjoy that this podcast because it is different from others. Don does a great job of peeling back the real issues flippers, wholesalers, investers alike face in their businesses every day. The content is full of valuble motivating statments and actionable steps to help anyone at any stage of thier business. Keep up the good work guys!

Religiously listen to the podcast everyday too and from work. Really wish I could go work for Don and his team. The podcast has really delivered some fantastic guidance and tremendous value. Don provides valuable info on flipping. This podcast is great for beginners and seasoned investors. Every time I listen I get something of value out of it!

I listen to A LOT of real estate podcasts and let me tell you, this one right here absolutely is at the top. When I first started listening it was about #4 on my list and as Don kept tweaking the content and creating the Rookie Playbook it shot to #1 for me. 2 things you need to do. 1) Listen to this podcast 2) Go out and do what he says to do. You would have to attend numerous high level paid events to network with the caliber of guest he’s able to attract to his show.
Don is one of the best out there and he brings in up-to-date information to on how to invest in real estate. I've learned something new everytime I've listen to his podcast and I can't thank Don enough. He is genuine and truely wants us as listeners to be successful at real estate investing.

FlipTalk is one of the few REI podcasts that isn't trying to disguise itself as an infomercial for someone's REI course. Don Costa and Ryan Scialabba deliver relevant content by explaining REI fundamentals for newbies. They also have great interviews with other successful investors that even the most accomplished real estate investor can learn from. FlipTalk tells it like it is.
HUGE thanks to Don and Ryan for the rookie play book! I’ve “Talked” about getting into real estate for years. But never made the leap. But after listening to these guys. They are making the transition from contractor to investor pretty simple. To be honest. I was scared to make the leap into the unknown. But the knowledge I have gained from the group and the podcast really closed that gap. Keep up the great work guys! Much appreciated. I’d love to jump on a podcast in the future and share my journey.
The Flip Talk Podcast is a great educational tool! I’m a new investor and I have learned so much from listening to it. When I found the show, I went back to episode 1 and listened to 80+ episodes in two weeks. Don really cares about his listeners and isn’t trying to sell all sorts of products/services. I highly recommend to new and seasoned investors alike!
Don does such a good job with this podcast. The guests he has provide great information for the listeners and he really gets them to pull back the curtain and provide great content for us to learn from. I’ve listened to all the episodes and look forward to the new ones each week.

Don and Justin provide invaluable information for investors at every level in mupltipe niches. When you first start the process of educating yourself in this field its crucial that you utilize content from a trusted source that is ideally actively working in the market and can successfully help you naviagte past all the potential land mines that both new and seasoned investors have to face on a daily basis. Don and Justin run one of the biggest house flipping companies in the area and live and breath house flipping on a day in and day out basis. I could not think of a better resource to learn from and improve your investing business.
