Reviews For Tours of Alexandria

Narrator sounds like a 14 year old. Difficult to follow directions. Needed to rewind repeatedly.
Old Town Alexandria may be part of a historical city, but the local government and, in particular the Commission for Women, show us through these walking podcasts, how cutting edge and modern their city truly is. What a wonderful idea to showcase the role women played in a walking tour that teens, tweens and adults alike can listen to for free. (Instead of purchasing those dreadful recorders as you have to in some museums.) I can picture myself strolling through the Torpedo Factory, walking up King Street and quenching my thirst at a local pub as I listen. The music in the beginning is lovely as well. Job well done! I look forward to future podcasts, perhaps one on the famed T.C. Williams football team from, "Remember the Titans"?
