I cannot think of a better thing to do with my ears or a better place to be than to simply enjoy Best in Show Radio... Chris, your host, guides you through an excursion of verbal ferocity matched only by the linguistic gymnastics of his co-hosts.. Keith, Brian, and Fred. Listen to this show... Do what you have to do... Write it down.. Take a plane... Steal a child's lunch.... Make it to Best in Show Radio....
I've been listening since the show began over 3 years ago and I must say that it is one of the best podcasts out there. I put it on while I'm working and I'm entertained for three hours. I have never been disappointed or let down once by their show. If you're a fan of talk radio with the personal touch of a storyteller who is unafraid to tell his true feelings, listen to Best In Show.
The show is one of the highlights of my week. I prefer to listen live, but when that's not an option, the podcast works. There's just something about a two-hour show that can't be pigeon-holed into one genre. Listen once and you'll hear the most diverse groups of topics of any podcast out there.
I've been listening to these podcasts all day. Chris, Vito, Keith, Vanessa and Veal Chop have a dynamic and quirky chemistry as they bounce from TV trivia to sports to superheros to music to the completly random and utterly ridiculous. A must listen!
A very fun listen, two guys riffing on both the old and the new. If you want to compare them to another show, Ron & Fez would be appropriate. Excellent stuff, a must listen.
Best in Show is a must listen. It's stream of consciousness radio and one of the best things about it is to see where the threads might lead as the guys (and girl) usually never stay on topic...and that's what's so great. It's like eavesdropping on a conversation in the next room...the closest thing I can compare it to is Mystery Science Theatre 3000, but obviously, it's on the radio. From Chris talking about being a husband, to Keith talking about the Mets, it's a show for Gen X'rs and everyone since. Vanessa's news reports are a cross between The Onion and the Darwin Awards. When they do talk about real life current events (not just the funny ones), there is almost always a funny twist to it, but also a poignant look. Full of pop culture references, sports cliches, and embarrassing anecdotes, Best In Show has what you want in a talk radio show. If you're one of the unfortunate who can't wake up on Sunday mornings, then do yourself a favor and subscribe to the podcast and take Chris, Keith and Vanessa with you every where you go.
