The “FBF” episodes are super annoying. We can all scroll down and listen to old episodes if we want to. I would rather just not see that I am getting a new episode and then realize it’s something I already listened to. I like this podcast but these FBF episodes are getting on my nerves so I unfollowed.

How is this chick so successful? I read about the deal she just signed, so I thought I’d check out the pod. I am floored by how terrible of an interviewer she is. She sounds like a ditzy 15 year old girl. She constantly interrupts, awkwardly blurts out F bombs for no reason, and fangirls over her guests to the point where it’s beyond cringe.
Just listened to the Miley episode. Miley talks about how she likes keeping lists to stay organized. Alex: oh my god, that is GENIUS!!!!
Uhh… yikes. The entire episode was like that. Listened to the one with Leah from LI. Same cringe level of weird fan worship. She’s def a little single white female.

I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to listen to my first Call Her Daddy episode today. I was immediately pulled in and captivated by Alex’s vulnerability in the “I Got Catfished in Paris” episode. What a wild first episode to get in on. You are the real deal, Alex. Regarding HPV in men, I personally know a guy who was diagnosed with throat cancer and turns out it was HPV related. Men can be seriously affected by HPV too.. going down on a chick w HPV caused it - just an FYI
The actual show is so low and hard to hear - to compensate, I turn the volume louder, but then I get blasted by the ads… please fix the sound !! This is the only show I listen to that does this…

Excellent topics & guests, but I struggle to listen because of how much Alex interrupts her guests and constantly agrees rather than just listening to what they are saying and acknowledging/validating after they finish their point. It’s distracting.
I’ve noticed in I’ve been finishing episodes less and less because it’s difficult to listen to guests who do long pauses, can’t finish thoughts to form clear sentences, stutter (maybe out of excitement) just a poor delivery of conversation from the guest side and I can’t listen to that for an hour plus…Hunter Schafer episode is a recent example.
I’m confused why this is one of the most listened to podcast. Cringey and it feels like Alex always agrees with her guests regardless of what they’re saying…
I continue to be so impressed with Alex and how she is able to make her guests feel comfortable enough to open up. Every interview I listen to makes me feel like I’m apart of a deep, relatable conversation. Alex brings out the best in the celebrities she interviews and it’s always very cool to see from their point of view.
You’re better by yourself. The funeral was a good episode. I just started listening. I can’t listen to the older episodes, it’s too much valley girl talk. It feels like you have grown. You are a smart, my 2 cents… add more content that is diverse, true crime, be real, we like it.
However, thank you for getting me thru my workday. Girl you can sing. You should sing more. I love yours and Matt’s love story. One note: Please don’t smack when you change the subject. I listen to you, not watch you. Pleaseeeee. Otherwise rock and roll girl.
Love the show, listen every week - but the audio levels seem to keep getting lower and lower. Have to max out the volume and don’t have to do that with any other podcast. Please fix the audio levels so we can hear better!
The guests on CHD are awesome!! It’s worth it to listen for them. Sometimes it’s annoying listening to Alex because the F word is used every other word..it feels forced & overdone, like a 13 year old who just learned a swear word.

Such a missed opportunity to have deep, not selfish or click baiting conversations with AMAZING guests. Not one of the last few guests since 2022 have had depth, original questions, or answers we didn’t already know the answer to. She is quite immature as a host/wanna be therapist and asks the same questions to each guest like checking off list. Alex is a way better director.
Interesting guests are the draw, but you won’t learn anything noteworthy. She asks good questions, but then lets guests deflect and run the rest of the conversation.
This woman supports Biden who openly supports biological men competing against women in sports as well as men going into women’s bathrooms and locker rooms, putting women’s LIVES AT RISK. She is ANTI WOMAN. Anything for a paycheck right?
I LOVE the interviews with all the big names in pop culture. The interviews feel so intimate and you get to see these people from a new angle. I was hooked by RuPaul, and stuck around for Lisa Vanderpump, Demi Lovato, and Colton Underwood!
