No, not like these reviews. I find myself going on Yelp, Amazon and Google and reviewing everything with the most outlandish but truthful reviews in the hopes that Christine and Xandy find them.
And they're local so we are geographically related! I live in northern Kentucky and that's EXACTLY how that works! I especially love when they find something local like Jungle Jim’s, my favorite thing to do is get a beer from the bar INSIDE THE GROCERY STORE and hang out outside the bathroom doors and people-watch. It's only weird if you've never been
I wish I were funny enough to make this review as completely bonkers as some of the reviews featured in this podcast. I find it strange to be reviewing a show that is all about amusing reviews. Anyway, very enjoyable and an entertaining listen during hideously boring chores.
I’ve never ever even reviewed a podcast and I listen to such a ridiculous amount of them. However, I just noticed that this podcast doesn’t have five stars which is a travesty so I’m doing my part to up the median score…this podcast is everything, that’s all.
i’m a longtime listener of ATWWD that finally came to beach too sandy, and I love it! it took me over half an episode before I noticed the music that plays behind the review reads. I took my airpod out on my walk bc I thought it was coming from somewhere else. it felt like the whale music all over again lol. so happy I finally started listening; I wish I hadn’t taken so long to start.
I listened to Beach too Sandy while I was in labor because it’s become such a comfort podcast for me. I listen to old episodes every night to put me to sleep and new episodes aren’t new to me for very long. Christine and Xandy, promise you’ll never ever go anywhere, please?
I normally love this show.. but episode 270 was just painful to listen to. Between the subject matter of the conversation to the hyper fast talking, to talking over each other… I had to fast forward multiple times. Painful to listen to. Please don’t continue this style. So chaotic and terrible… the interpretations continue!! Please let each other speak!!
I’ve been listening to ATWWD for years but finally ventured into Beach Too Sandy after birthing my tiny little peanut and needing entertainment through those long days and nights (IYKYK). If I had known how much I’d love it I would have started way earlier, but I’m glad I didn’t so I would have such a good backlog to listen to! Shoutout to the Schiefer sibs, aka the baron and baroness of cream, podcasting from their timely manor. Love you guys and thanks for the laughs!
I came over and listened because of Xtine and ATWWD. I’m very on the fence about Xandy. Some days I feel he is extremely pretentious and clueless about his privilege/upbringing, and others I actually like him and think he’s funny. The content is solid (assuming they’re sober), and I’ve mostly enjoyed the episodes I’ve listened to (working my way backwards). My biggest complaints are about the editing. The number of times there’s just dead air before anyone starts talking is too often for a single episode. I’ve also experienced a lot of repeated content (it sort of loops back on itself).
As of now, I’ll keep listening, mainly because the reviews seem to o dictate that their oldest stuff is way better, so I’m hoping I’ll like that more.
I know I listen to this podcast too much because I have started to respond to the things Christine says, only to have Xandy say the exact same thing seconds later.
This podcast is deep in my brain, and I love every second of it. So grateful for something light and…somehow raunchy AND wholesome all at once???

My friend and I discovered BTSWTW on a 16-hr road trip and they kept us sane! I’ve been listening ever since (almost a year) and it’s pretty much the only podcast I listen to. Xandy and Christine(a) are two of my favorite people I’ve never met - hilarious (I’m talking I LOL every episode), kind, and delightfully irreverent to this deconstructing Christian. 😉 Never stop this podcast and please come to Texas on your next tour! My son and I love to listen to this podcast - it’s highly entertaining, and I love the banter between Christine and Xandy. They’re a hoot. The topics are ridiculous, the reviews are insane, and it now has me on the hunt for wild reviews!
Christine talks about her personal issues too much and all the problems she has. They are also pretty political for “wanting to not upset anyone or offend people” Tasteless

The concept is promising, and if they had stuck with the 15-30 minute format, maybe it would be better. Regardless of length, the reviews they feature aren’t that funny or interesting, and they spend most of the time talking about their own lives and laughing at themselves. So it’s over an hour of pain, that isn’t funny, with blaring ads, and no substance, hosted by people who are insufferably pleased with themselves.
Love you guys so much and I am a long time listener, pretty much from your early days. The last couple of episodes have been sooooo difficult to listen to and finish with you two constantly talking over one another. Please slow down and let one another finish single sentences. I know I can’t tell you how to do your own podcast, but as a listener I just have to share that it’s been rough.
I love you guys but the last episode-reviews of moving companies, especially at the end, you're just constantly talking over each other. I love your content but this chaotic banter doesn't make for easy listening whatsoever. Jesus Christ.
So glad to have gotten recommended this podcast. I have been working through the backlog while puzzling because I live a wild, raucous life. They have a great sense of humor and banter with each other, so it’s super easy to listen to and laugh along with. 5 star, 10/10, highly recommend.
I’ve been listening to And That’s Why We Drink for a while now so I thought I would check out Beach Too Sandy. I think I might like it even more than And That’s Why We Drink. Xandy and Christine are a really great combo. Would recommend very funny !
I drive for a living so I consume podcasts voraciously. This is one is my absolute favorite though! So so so funny and entertaining. I love Xandy and Xtine’s banter and humor. It always soothes my anxiety and cheers me up! I discovered it a few months ago and binge old episodes every day. I’m down to the last 90 or so, and I’m already planning to just relisten again once I’m done! Keep up the good work and never stop making this hilarious show!
I've been binging for a month or so since I found this on a "Best Comedy Podcasts" list. It's been amazing and I'm only up to March of 2020 (I'm also current from the last month). The COVID era has begun and it is not disappointing. I hope I never completely catch up because I never want to run out.
Christine has one of the best laughs in broadcasting and Xandy's dry wit is second to none. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
The sister is hilarious and has one of the best radio voices I’ve ever heard. The brother has incredible off-the-cuff one liners and jokes. They have great chemistry together. My only complaint is that commercials come at the weirdest times. Like right in the middle of a sentence.

This show makes me with I hung out with my sisters more. Its hilarious premise delivers gold on its own, but Xtine and Xandy are the real show. Their interplay and inside jokes shared with all of us make this my favorite kind of podcast. Anything that makes me feel like I’m hanging out with good friends is all right in my book. Bonus if I feel the need to join the conversation!
…or something like that. It’s a nice break from spooky podcasts and the sibling hosts are fun to listen to. I enjoy them and this is definitely light hearted. Sometimes they review places I’m familiar with which is extra entertaining.
My favorite podcast ever since I found it. I absolutely adore the brother/sister chemistry and unabashed silliness they bring to the pod. The #1 thing I listen to when I’m feeling blue - or, let’s be honest, any time at all. Thanks Christine & Zandy for being such fun companions to me when I listen!

long-running podcast I’ve listened to every episode of! The only thing funnier than the ridiculous reviews they read is Xandy and Xtine’s hilarious sibling banter! I love them both and hope they come on tour to the Seattle area soon so I can see them live!

This is one of those shows that I can put on any day, any time, any meal and it is always the right time. As a woman with a grown brother who I have wildly hilarious banter with, I can relate to these two silly sibbies and their goofball energy! It is a joyyyyy to hear. Even when xtina is in a bishy mood and obviously doesn’t wanna do the show that day. And even even evvvvven when alexxxander is obvsly in his own pizz poor mood and acts curt the whole show. It’s those moods and low key bratty vibes that make this show so great because SIBLINGS!!!! Helllloooooohhhh!!!!!

I love this podcast! I have been a long-time fan of ATWWD, and I heard Christine mention she had another podcast. I’m so glad I checked it out. I have been looking for funny and more light-hearted podcasts and this one makes me truly laugh :) It’s also been fun listening to Christine become more confident over the years (hope you know how truly awesome and funny you are) and to get to know Xandy too (also a hilarious dude)!
