Nile and crew are exactly what gymnastics needs right now! These podcasts have been a great listen during quarantine. As a gymnast for 21 years and a coach for 5 years I stepped away from the sport completely in 2018. I always did it for the love of the sport, but so many things were said to me at the end of my career that made me resent gymnastics and the time I had put into it. Listening to these podcasts have brought the love of gymnastic back to me, and given me peace and pride in the hard work I put in for so many years and the joy that was gained from it. Thanks!
Such an amazing podcast my favorite one out there. I really love the one about Neil’s stroke and Niles mental health. It was really inspirational and i loved it and I hope to hear more from Neil and Nile you guys have changed my life through your words. Absolutely amazing!
Way to start it off with the fox story! I was laughing so hard!! Absolutely love the positive talk, its something Iv been working on myself and it’s amazing. Love what y’all are doing!
I’ve been a fan of Nile’s since I first saw him on Shawn Johnson’s Yoututbe channel. The way he can be real with his fans really is inspiring. So excited for this new journey and love the channel!
I became a fan of Nile after seeing him on Shawn Johnson’s YouTube. I followed him and binge watched his entire YouTube channel and vlog and I’ve been a fan ever since. Nike is hilarious and really charismatic, but also realistic and motivational when it comes to dealing with struggles, understanding that perfection is not the same for everyone, and the importance of mental health and a good support structure. This podcast is a great balance of humor, open conversation, amazing stories, and motivation during dark times. Huge shoutout to Neil and Nile for changing the game.
Most of the time, what people get to see of the lives of professional athletes is what they watch on their television screen. Often times this leads to the imagination running wild about what their lives are actually like. I love this podcast because it shows how normal professional athletes really are and how they deal with the same difficulties we all deal with, only with the added pressures of achieving the types of success that they do.
The first time I heard of Nile Wilson was on YouTube. Shortly after I discovered the BodyBible programs, took the plunge and got the 4 Week Shred 2.0 back in May. I felt so unhealthy, weighed 200lbs for the past few years, and was dealing with chronic lower back pain. I started the Shred program and drastically altered my diet, kept smashing it and thanks in large part to Nile I’ve lost 40lbs since May!! I’ve got loads more energy and I’m pain free! 😁 And now, these podcasts are available and it’s given me even more insight into his remarkable life. I want to say, “Thank you” to Nile for taking the time to talk about how he’s gotten where he is, the struggles he’s had along the way, and for inspiring me to become the best version of myself I can be. Lastly, I lost my Dad back in 2013 and wish I could sit and talk with him one last time... listening to Neil and Nile takes me back to when I could just sit and visit with my Dad. ❤️ Train smart keep it real! 💪🏻
This is the best podcast, it’s the perfect amount of comedy and serious chatting along with sports and personal life! thank you neil and nile for the entertainment
There’s nothing better than sitting down and talking with your Dad! The wisdom of Neil, the passion of Nile really make this podcast. I would love a Q&A portion of the podcast so we can pick both your brains!
Love listening to Neil and Nile! They put a smile on my face every time I listen to them! They make my day when I listen to them! Train smart 🤸♂️🤸♀️ Keep it real!💙💚
It’s decidedly different then your vlogs. We get to see the multi-dimensional people you two are and the people you get to curate and surround yourself with. It’s lovely and honest. Well done! I’m excited to see the content grow!
It was inspiring to hear Nile talk about his Olympic experience but also loved listening to Nile and his father. They have such a beautiful relationship:)
