Fantastic podcast! I’ve heard you mention exercise and RA a few times in different episodes - and would love to advocate for a dedicated episode to learn more about your experiences and suggestions. Both the joint mobility issues and also soft tissue impacts on tendons, ligaments etc. Training with RA (esp in menopause) has necessitated a shift to consistency over progression - due to the cyclical nature of RA flares and impact on capacity to lift heavy or train hard. Tendon issues also limit lifting capacity or there is a risk of injury. Post exercise recovery is slower. Would love to hear more in a focused podcast. Thanks for your consideration.

I’ve just turned 40 and have a 5 and 6 year old. I have been battling feeling like garbage for years and have slowly started incorporating strategies into my life like breath work, easy exercise (I have a weak pelvic floor and imbalances in my shoulders) to try to get myself healthy enough to lift heavier. I also got an Oura ring to see how my sleep is. Quickly found out alcohol was the devil. I then found this podcast and not only did it speak to this exact point I am in my life but it verified all the work I have been trying means I’m on the right track.
Stephanie is brilliant and funny and makes high level concepts digestible and easy to try. I love it.

The Perimenopause episodes are SO helpful! Especially the supplement section. My question is when a woman starts taking supplements, does she just go for it all at once or introduce each one over the course of a few weeks or months? Thank you for your knowledge and humor. Can’t get enough!

The episodes I have listened to definitely hold some pearls but there is so much unnecessary waxing on and repeating sentences over and over that it’s tough to get through. It would be excellent if it were more concise. Edit, edit, edit.
I love the conversations, but it seems to be too clinical and not spoken in lay person terms. It seems to be geared to the high workout/athlete individual as opposed to someone who works out and is trying to eat right for their body.
I love the variety of topics on Dr. Stephanie’s podcast. She is open to different opinions and strategies, and is willing to share what works best for her. I have learned so much. I particularly like the information on weight training and supplementation. Keep up the great work!

I love Dr. Estima's podcast !! I resonate so much with all of her content . I usually run while listening to her give really good insightful information . She breaks it down for a why for you to understand and gives you tools you can actually apply and understand in everyday life . I’ve listened to this podcast for 2 years now and it’s amazing. I’ve learned so much about health, wellness and fasting for a 40 YO female. Excellent guests and Dr. Estima is wicked smart. I love her questions. She deep dives into the science, which as a college biology major, I can appreciate.
I love that Dr Stephanie has such a broad range of experts on her show, and gives all info so the listener can decide for themselves what is best for them.

I heard about Dr. Stephanie from my doctor. I told my doctor how I felt like I just couldn’t keep doing boot camp three days a week. I’m 48 and I just felt like all the jumping around and running was leaving me spent. My doc suggested I listen to Dr. Stephanie’s podcast about exercising according to your menstrual cycle. I was immediately intrigued! I listened to one episode and I fell hard. I purchased the audiobook and finished it within a few days. Then I bought the book because I knew I needed to highlight several sections. Meanwhile I am gobbling up her podcast episodes during every walk, chore and spare moment of my time. She has such a genuine energy and ability to break things down to help me understand how my hormones relate to so many aspects of my mind and body. Amazing. Every time I listen to a podcast I learn something new and add another book to my list that needs to be read. Stephanie is a great communicator. After hearing her on another podcast I went and bought her book and started following her podcast. I just turned 50 and gained the Covid 15. I’ve never had a problem with my weight but now that I am 50 I can’t seem to get rid of these 15 pounds. Reading her book and listening to her podcast is definitely helping me not only lose the pounds but learn so much about my body. Thank you!
My friend sent me her newsletter a very long time ago and I looked forward to it every week, but a podcast….even better!!! I have indulged on every episode and now her book of course. I appreciate her deep dive in the latest science relating to all things women. I even stalk her on other people’s podcasts so I can learn even more! However, I do not recommend listening to her on a walk or in the car because you need a free hand to take notes. I bow to the queen of science 😘
Valuable info, but her saliva swallowing into the mic is so annoying, I can’t listen. Just a tip from someone who mic’s up sound all day: lean back or away from mic when swallowing
