As a new mom, I’ve noticed that my mindset has shifted to taking care of my baby and husband. Life before baby consisted of eating healthy, early morning workouts, and lots of self care. This podcast has reminded me that I should take care of myself too! Prior to listening, self care to me meant “me time”.
