My good friend and I are starting a podcast and this is such an inspiration, cause as Christians it’s tough. This podcast is amazing, I hope they post some more🤍
There’s no such thing as a lukewarm Christian. You are either in or out. Them talking about alcohol and that’s it’s “ok” to have one drink or in moderation is not walking in Christ. Just the fact that you drink, opens portals to bad spirits. You think the devil cares if you get drunk or not? You are PARTICIPATING. Also, the wine in biblical times is not the same as wine today.
Love this podcast. They aren’t afraid to cover real issues that everyone struggles through but most are afraid to talk about. They point everything back to Jesus and are so open. Super refreshing.
Great content!
I watched Meredith Foster’s YouTube videos in high school and eventually stopped in college. During COVID, I rededicated my life to Christ and found that Meredith and Stassy are co-hosting a God-focused podcast. I LOVE THIS! I forget there are other 20 year old women loving Christ loud and proud. This is my favorite podcast. Keep going ladies!! Your message and heart mean so much♥️
You guys talk about real topics in real time which is great! It’s very encouraging. There is some stuff that I disagree on such as the enneagram podcast and even the podcast about anxiety. I felt as if y’all were getting a little too much on the side of well if you pray long enough or if you have enough faith, God will heal you. Which can be true and I encourage others to spend time with God but sometimes mental illness is just like physical illness. Sometimes God heals and sometimes he doesn’t. I think you guys could focus more on that side of things as well! We do serve a God that can heal but it was a bit preachy in the most recent podcast. But overall doing a good job!!!!
I love this podcast and it’s helped me learn so much more about God , and has definitely helped me grow in my relationship with God as well ,mainly because I can relate to their testimonies , which are really good !!🥰@graceee.perezz
I’ve been listening to this podcast ever since it has came out. Literally my go to Christian faith podcast there’s nothing like this podcast anywhere else! I’ve learned so much and hope to continue to strengthen my faith. I LOVE listening to this on my way to work❤️ ig- @mooreapike
They talk about the hard stuff, the stuff not every Christian will want to talk about which fits perfectly for the name “Unfiltered Faith” This podcast is great for me to listen to and God usually uses it to keep my heart in check. They discuss a variety of topics and I LOVE how they open/close the podcast with a prayer. IG: @hmarie_114
The first episode of Unfiltered Faith I listened to, I was blown away by how welcome I felt by listening. I loved how Stass and Meredith share their own struggles and mess-ups, as well as the things they did before they were Christians because it helps me feel a lot better about not being the perfect Christian and having a rough past. This podcast feels like hanging out with two friends, super chill and non-judgmental, and I love love love it!!
I have loved listening to Meredith and Anastasia share their lives and their faith journeys. This is such a crazy, high-tension season in history. It is refreshing to see them boldly live and learn outloud for the benefit of all. Of course, they can't get everything perfect all the time (who can!?!!), but I admire their courage, passion and dedication to faithful living for the glory of God. Go, girls!
Really, what good have these two people done they think they’ve earned their right to preach and speak for God? I’ve BARELY seen Meredith speak of Black Lives Matter or any other social, progressive movement towards the greater good of people.
These are Meredith’s words from the recent podcast: “We can be so grateful that God...has kept us alive and we just have to look at the bright side of things.” They’re also talking about isolation due to quarantine?! They’re talking about losing people due to Covid?? They sound like they empathize with these people but NAH. They PRETEND to care, but Meredith and Stass partied on Thanksgiving with a bunch of friends and did not social distance or wear masks!! And per Meredith, they were simply “having a peaceful protest, not a gathering.” Meredith’s mom is also a HUGE Trump supporter. Check out her Twitter @laurie_foster63. They have the AUDACITY to speak of the challenges of Covid in 2020, and then Meredith’s mom goes to the Capitol mask-less just to riot for Trump and then you gathered with a bunch of people in Thanksgiving and have the audacity to reply sarcastically to your viewers that “it’s a peaceful protest.” Give me a break. What a hypocritical bunch of White people! It’s abosolutely LAUGHABLE how hypocritical the people in this podcast are, pretending to be angels and people of God. Guess what? I never read in the Bible that God advocates for people like Trump or hypocrites. He may be forgiving, but please NEVER use your religion as an excuse to do and say whatever you want about God/Jesus. Y’all are not the only followers of God. Just because y’all are white, you don’t have to be conservative or worship Trump.
I think a podcast having honest discussions about being a young Christian women is a fabulous ideal. However this pod cast misses the mark. Meredith is not well informed and the co host is basically there to agree with her. I’ve followed Mere long enough to see her patterns and she has no identity so she latches on to something in order to form one. Finding faith is great and if that’s what this truly was I’d be all for it.
I love the podcast and the advice that is given, but sometimes I find it hard to listen to and it makes it hard to concentrate. Im finding myself having to turn my car sound on all the way or my phone because it sounds like theyre a million miles away. Overall though I like the podcast its just that little thing
I used to love Meredith. Even when she really started to engage in her religion, I still kept up with her and I was happy for her. However, she quickly spiraled into extremism. She has denied science over and over on social media and prioritized her religion over the safety of others. She claims she is all about love but she puts people in harms away. She seems like she is radicalized, from the looks of it. Attending a Trump rally, reposting the Alien DNA covid “doctor”…On the podcast, these girls speak as if they are 100% right and they KNOW it. They say they don’t want to shame others, but how is it not shaming when you a guest on (Anastasia’s mom) that says the devil is TRICKING trans people and the world is “confused”??? The latest episode is by far the worst of them all. Listen at your own risk.
Tried to give this a shot as I used to follow Meredith on Youtube but it’s a no for me. I think it is great that she has returned to faith but I feel like she has zero identity. I realized I have no idea who she is as a person. She appears to jump from one obsession to another in order to attach herself to an identity.
Also, the discussions come across as immature and limited in perspective. Maybe they are aiming for a much younger audience.
I grew up in a Christian home and attended Christian schools from K to College. I originally was hoping for this to be an honest conversation, but was very disappointed by the content. I still am active in my beliefs, but again and again am disappointed by my fellow Christians who follow this cherry-picking rhetoric. I have experienced so much trauma from the church, centered around ideas of shame, sprinkled with gaslighting - I found too many similarities here. You girls seem really kind, I’m sure this podcast can be impactful for the right listener - triggering for me.
All Hallows’ Eve is the eve of All Hallows’ Day, or All Saints Day. The eve, All Hallows’ Eve, like you said celebrates those who’ve passed. It’s origins are meant to honor loved ones who’ve passed on, and in many traditional Christian churches, members attend evening church services and light candles for their loved ones in heaven. The aspect of Halloween y’all are referring to sounds very secular. Did y’all do any research before recording this? A well-rounded podcast researches the topic and discusses it from multiple perspectives. This could’ve been a stronger conviction had you done the research and discussed how the Christian roots of All Hallows’ Eve have been lost in the secular consumerism of Westernized Halloween. Bless y’all, Amen.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this podcast is amazing! I love the way they talk about the topics , and how they talk about their personal lives! I have been struggling to connect to god and I kept instantly running to the world for answers instead of God, and when I say this podcast has helped me a lot, I promise I am not lying! Listen to it, and you won’t regret 😘
inspiring, and motivating podcast that helps me grow my faith. but pleaseeeee make the episodes longer!! just talk about life or the topics deeper! it’s so short, right when i get into it it’s over.
I used to watch Meredith and I knew that she was Christian back then but then she started to stray a little and I remember commenting on a video of hers telling her to return back to God and then I stopped watching her for a while and I grew more and a Christian too (so I want to apologize for judging her back then),, but I’m so happy that you’ve returned to your faith and you’re so passionate about it and it inspires me too!! Good job! & the Bible verse about not conforming to the world is Romans 12:2!! I also have a podcast! (The Bible Brief) 🥰 keep doing the Lords work! I also watched American Gospel!! Such a good movie!!
I’m so inspired by you two girls! I so appreciate you being unfiltered and sharing the truth abour Jesus. We need more courageous women like you two to share Gods Grace and truth !!❤️❤️
Keep fighting the good fight of faith. I am so blessed by what God is doing in your lives !
I'm so grateful for this podcast. As a Christian girl this has helped me and encouraged so much in my walk with God. Keep being amazing and spreading light into this world ❤️ God bless you both!
Hey girl love your testimonies! I just wanted to mention that y’all didn’t say that Jesus saved you through grace. Reading your bible and prayer are great things but they DON’T make us true Christians. Praise God that we don’t have to work to earn something we didn’t deserve in the first place. The Bible says that our works do not save us (Ephesians 2:8-9). I’m not trying to judge at all but I would never forgive myself if I didn’t at least mention it for someone to see. Hope you have a good day!!
I love your guy’s podcast! I just finished the most recent episode. And oh my goodness I LOVE the preacher you played at the end! I’ve been listening to his video series on Revelation and he is one of my favorite preachers to listen to! I look forward to listening to more episodes from you guys! Love you guys!! 😍❤️😆☀️
@lizz1177
how do you expect us to listen to you Meredith when you’re such a hypocrite, lying about quarantine when you’ve been running through the desert with your worldly friends in the middle of a pandemic?! Get your life together before you talk to us about God because I’m sure he’s disappointed in you presenting such a reckless, bad example on impressionable teens!
Just found this podcast and can’t wait to listen to more episodes from you two! I really admire how honest you all are when discussing “controversial” topics from a Christian perspective. Highly recommend :)
I like that these girls are very real about faith and life. They take some topics that can be hard to navigate with faith in today’s society and discuss them from realistic perspectives. Really great to relate to!
