This is such a marvelous meditation podcast. The best Ive run across so far. Very relaxing and insightful.
These meditations are good but not that great. others like headspace and look in guided meditations are much better in my opinion
This podcast is very helpful! This podcast helps me get through the stress and anxiety from the day!
I have been listening to this podcast for a few weeks, and ever since I have started I have gotten better sleep. The voice is very soothing and the techniques help me stay relaxed on the rare occasion that it ends and I’m not asleep. Keep making more content as you are helping us all.
Wonderful podcast!
I put in the 1 hour sleep meditation on a day I got on a very early, bus flight. I was very anxious. I put the podcast on and actually tuned everything out, went into a meditative state for the first time ever, for an hour. I didn’t even know if we had taken off when I finished. Not sure how but I recommend it.
As I have listed to this podcast I have been noticing that the voice of the speaker has been different from other people in the past. Doesn’t get me wrong, I love listening to this podcast but, I would like to hear the same voice in all the episodes. But keep up with the good work!

I love this podcast. It helps me calm down when my brother is making me go crazy, it helps me with stress, and helps me fall asleep. But if I could change one thing it would be that There should be more available for nonmembers.
I like to listen to soft music when I meditate or want to fall asleep. This Podcast is not for me. I think it would be it for the music.
I took a 50mg edible and did the first grounding meditation. I was convinced that I was the universe and my physical form as I had always known it was dead. This is as close as I’ve ever gotten to a religious experience. Helen led me into the afterlife and I was not prepared.

I’ve taken TM courses, practiced mindfulness meditations, read about and listened to many podcasts. This podcast series is the most effective I have found in demonstrating the most important principles of meditation. The narratives are beautifully articulated. A straightforward, wholesome and nourishing approach to meditation. Namaste.
This podcast is very calming and I love guided meditation! I might add though, there is no episode 4.

As a high anxiety person, I have all the fun stuff that accompanies stress - GERD, IBS etc etc etc. On my wellness journey I came across this series and am so thankful! The best relaxation: voice, singing bowls, music… all come together to create deep relaxation that has helped me more than I can express. Now part of my daily nighttime routine, I don’t know how I managed without this series. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful gift 🙏🪷🕉️

This is the right app for those seeking a guide to inner peace. It has been the best resource that I have found so far in my introduction to meditation. I’m sure there are plenty of others but this is the one that helped me to see first hand the benefits of mediation. Love it. Only wish there were more to choose from.
I don’t know if the host is intending for this podcast to be ASMR, but it is. The mouth sounds had the opposite intended effect for my anxiety.

Very helpful, calming and relaxing
I just listened to the chakra meditation. So soothing and helpful to focus on your body and what parts of you might need attention. Her voice is relaxing as is the use of singing bowls and underlying music. I felt very attuned to my body while listening and will use this meditation many more times. Looking forward to using the rest of her recordings as part of my daily practice.
This is my favorite meditation podcast. Helen has a soothing voice. I’m able to truly let go and follow her voice into meditation. I’ve been listening for a week now and am finally able to fall asleep easily. Thank you

I listen to the chakra meditation multiple times weekly. It helps me
I’ve been through a lot of meditation classes and her echo is awful. It actually takes you away from what she’s trying to say. Invest in a better mix or stop what you think is helpful because it’s not.
I spent a long time searching for the perfect chakra meditation podcast that designated with me and this is it!
Very good podcast. Pleasant voice and gong bell and bowl sounds. Steady progress through the practice. Unlike other meditation podcasts that seem to ficus on the speaker or have unpleasant voices . This is the best I’ve found after lots of trying out others. It integrates all elements of imagery and information. My only complaint is the pop-synthesizer repetitive New Age music that stops before the gongs or bowls sound. Just get rid of it entirely. This pop sound doesn’t help anything.
Wow just wow! I kinda like it it makes me fall asleep easier but I don’t get entertained like bedtime history does. Although I still like this 🥴

Helen is such an easy listen, very soothing and calming. I even listen when I’m at work to get grounded when necessary!
Really good guided meditations. Everything about them is wonderful. No Ads, which is nice, but I wouldn’t be bothered by a quick ad in the very beginning… (the creator of this podcast has gotta eat!) Great podcast to assist me in my meditation practice!
