This podcast has been amazing in giving me loads of information that I need to grow as a designer and create a great foundation as a new business owner. Absolutely love Kate’s podcast. She shares her processes, ideas, as well as relevant information focused on interior designers running their own business or starting out on their own. Her advice is easy to follow and isn’t vague. It’s advice that can be applied and I absolutely think she’s one of the few that are worth listening to, coz theres a lot out there who claim to teach interior design business, but are so vague and don’t hone in and speak about exactly what to do. Kate shares up-to-date information with fresh new take on the interior design process and business side. She uses Dubsado, Houzz pro and promotes other design software to keep your business new and fresh. She helps integrate business solutions, processes, and relating to clients through sales and communication. This podcast has been so helpful for me to pull it all together. I’ve been in business for five years in commercial and residential and it is relevant for new and experienced Designers. I have made great friends and connections through the Designers Oasis program, and the community is so supportive and helpful. There is a wealth of information and knowledge not only from Kate but from the Facebook community.
I listening to a lot of Interior Design Podcasts as a new designer. I really love this podcast. Kate is so down to earth and feels like someone who could be your friend. Love her energy. This is one of my favorites! Great usable advice for designers!
