This is the best true crime podcast out there! She is so informative while keeping my attention. I found this channel a little over a year ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ll even listen to episodes over until the next one comes out.
I am so happy I can now listen to my favorite YouTuber when I’m out and about driving, walking, etc. I absolutely love Danielle and the way she explains cases. I think she tells them in a very easy-to-follow way and is a great storyteller.
I have been listening to Danielle for years and she tells the stories always keeping the victims in mind. She is kind and empathetic. And she deserves the best!
I’ve been a fan of true crime stories for years and because of this I find it very challenging to find a show that brings me a new case almost every week! Even when Danielle tells a story that I’m familiar with I’ll listen anyway because she’s super passionate and I know I’ll learn something I didn’t know before she did the research. Kudos to Danielle and her amazing show. The Criminal Makeup is hands down the best true crime podcast out there!!!
I’m late to this show and have only been listening for about a month. I have started at the beginning and I love it. Danielle is great and as an American l, it makes me laugh a little when she miss pronounces things. I know I would do the same if it was the other way around. 😂

I have listened to a lot of true crime podcasts and I started off with my girl Bailey who I will always love, but she got really busy and wasn’t uploading every week.
When I found Danielle I was blown away. Just her professionalism, attention to every detail, her respect for victims and families and of course her adorable accent. I have never had one single boring case that I didn’t like. She just has IT. love love love this podcast 10/10!💋
I discovered this podcast from my sister and ever since- I’ve been HOOKED. Each and every story she shares, is unbelievable! She is so respectful towards each victim and their families. I absolutely love Danielle and her podcast. I’ve never listened to a podcast so much in my life. Every episode from the start is so detailed and very informative. She is such a great narrator. She keeps you invested and also provides wonderful visuals on YouTube!

I love the way she tells the story, everything is detailed and you can tell has been researched thoroughly. It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to really get into a true crime podcast but this is my new fav!
This truly is a premier true crime podcast. The cases are thoroughly researched and even heavily covered incidents have details I’ve never heard before anywhere else.
I absolutely love the compassion conveyed for the victims and the passion put into the research by Bailey.
Top tier story telling, the pace is always perfect with the exact right amount of detail. Very respectful of the victims and sounds like she’s telling me a story personally on my couch! 10/10 also recommend the YouTube channel, as that’s where I first discovered Danielle. Amazing work!
I never knew of so many cases that she does! I didn’t know she had a YouTube as well, now I’m subscribed to that! I wish all of her YouTube episodes were on Podcasts!! Her voice is very soothing to me! She is very personable and relatable, it’s like one of your girl friends just telling you about a crime! I love it!
I was cutting while listening (great podcast btw) waited a bit and my scars turned pink? And rising a bit went and washed it out and it’s less painful but still pink? I can’t tell my mom because I’m only 9 and she will worry too much so I came for some advice. EDIT: my cuts healed (bled a little bit but we r fine) ty for anyone who responded

I love to listen to Danielle talk about cases each episode. He voice is so soothing to me for some reason and you can tell that she is a super caring person. I like that she can tell the stories with some criminal knowledge from the legal side of things
I got addicted to you on YouTube and found out you had a podcast! I don’t know exactly what I love the most so I would say you can tell a story!!! Love
She’s a heck of a story teller. Does a really good job about sticking to relevant information, yet will often add tidbits of information that’s useful and won’t bring down the presentation. She’s also very down to earth, doing things like apologizing in advance for any possible mispronunciations due to her accent (like Ft Lauderdale), but she doesn’t have any. By the way, I find her accent charming and it only adds to her presentation. She’s funny in her own innocent way (like when she refers to herself in the third person) which, in my book, makes her more authentic and genuine. She’s also very passionate about whatever she is talking about. Finally, and I can’t stress this enough, she’s a savant at telling these stories and doesn’t speak down to you (the correct term is man-speak?) nor have an agenda like try to “teach you something”, like other similar shows can do.
I love how Danielle tells the stories and focuses on the victims and survivors of these heinous crimes. Danielle is a very compassionate teller.

I’m into true crime & I’m Makeup obsessed, so I naturally love Danielle YouTube Channel. There have been nights when I can’t sleep, and I would just turn on Danielle’s channel, and fall asleep because her voice is calming. She really dives into the background of the case and puts a lot of work in her content. When she came out with a Podcast I was so happy… I still watch her makeup videos on Sundays with the story, but now I can go back and listen when I can’t watch the channel. Danielle is awesome. Highly recommend!

I started off listening to Bailey S, Mr Ballen, and they were my two fav gotos. I kinda wanted to up my true crime listeners and found a lot of ehhs. Came across my girl DK and been rockin with her for years now. She Breaks down her stories and tells the stories so great. I absolutely love her. She seems so sweet and she’s beautiful. Love HER♥️
So I really like this podcast. I do wish the audio was better though. The ads will play and they’ll almost rupture my eardrums because it’s so dang loud but then she starts talking and I have to turn it up again. It’s very annoying when I’m trying to do things while listening. I think she could go more into detail in quite a few areas of each episode. It is a good podcast overall.
I am extremely picky on my true crime podcasts. I don’t like a lot of talking that doesn’t have to do with the story. She definitely tells the cases so you can understand. Bonus points for her accent 🥰😍
