Andy delivers clear and succinct messaging that is easy to understand and cuts through the noise that commonly interrupts forward progress. I enjoy that he spends time focusing on the WHY as it is the foundation to everything that follows. Each week I am gaining additional knowledge on critical components: movements, nutrition, hydration, recovery, sleep, and stress. Highly recommend!
Being able to be apart of and listen to Andy and his outlook/perspective on being the best individual possible is the first in my transformation. I’m starting this new journey with Andy and his team getting ready to roll the big 50 on my life odometer. I am just now understanding that 50 is just a number.
