What Should I Do With My Money?

Reviews For What Should I Do With My Money?

As I think Mike Wilson’s podcast often brings useful insight I thought I’d try this out but sadly it was a thinly veiled sales pitch for hiring an investment advisor. The investor’s question about why it makes sense to go with an Assets Under Management fee structure was brushed aside with some clever misdirection and redirected to discuss the probability simulations that they love to parade rather than show real returns versus an index fund. I would not trust any advice I heard here after hearing this episode (S2E1)… disappointing but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised.
Invaluable real-world-applicable advice presented an an entertaining and easily digestible format. I can’t wait for what’s to come on future episodes! Jamie’s voice and narration is superb for this type of content.
Happy to see a podcast like this, and have high hopes that it will be helpful and applicable to many people. Unfortunately, I have to say that you were really losing me with episode 2 about the couple that makes 500k a year with retirement worries. Most households don’t make even a 5th of that including mine.
This is a great way to gain financial education while being engaged and finding ways to connect.
Poor technical quality, tempo/sound seemed on high speed. Content sounded canned.
Learned some helpful things to consider and reminds me the importance of working with an advisor who really understands all of the nuances around how to navigate any unexpected circumstance in your financial picture.
Great listen while commuting to work
The podcast brought clear and concise actionable advice around tough issues. I have a clear sense of how to plan for this probable event.
Very insightful information!
The peace of mind that comes with knowing that one’s finances are in competent, caring hands is priceless. This podcast motivates me to act, to check out the impressive advisers at Morgan Stanley.
