I used to be Jamie stan. Unfortunately she has guests on her podcast who use esoteric witchcraft language to describe their process of restoring trust.
I’m not sure whether she has anyone involved in her work who professes to giving over control to Jesus Christ or the Judeo-Christian God. If she wants to keep her podcast areligious, Jamie should maintain consistency and not allow and spiritual mumbo-jumbo whatsoever.
I have recently started listening to this podcast , I am grateful, for it and notice an improvement in my optimism, and also motivation for life tasks/ also hope that it’s never too late, I love the episode with hodge kotb, it is unconventional in an amazing way, and reminds me to be more clear on my goals and opening my mind to be my authentic self more! I had the privilege to hear Jamie speak in person last weekend and her energy in a room is even more powerful than it is on her fabulous podcast. Her heart and soul truly are aligned with her “assignment.” My biggest takeaways are to trust yourself - know the difference between “no” and “knowing.” Believe in yourself. Don’t play small and with self-doubt. And finally, what will you do with the power that is you? Thank you Jamie for showing up for all of us and being you!!!

I listen recently started to listen to Jamie Kern Lima. I like to listen to her podcast as I get ready for my work day! What I love about Jamie is her sincerity and transparency, and her ability to make you cry whatever sadness you were holding your heart . I started this podcast a few weeks ago and it is now one I listen to weekly. I love the guests that Jamie has on the show. I love her excitement when interviewing guests. I am currently reading “Worthy” and leading our team’s book club for the book. I can’t recommend the podcast and the book enough. Way to go Jamie! 🎉🎉
I first heard Jamie on Super Soul with my favorite person Oprah and I was blown away by her story and her messages. I immediately bought makeup from IT cosmetics and bought her book Worthy and I’ve loved every page I’ve read. As a tall strong woman in the world who used to struggle with body image a lot and still occasionally feel the pressure to be perfect, it’s so refreshing to hear Jamie’s perspective and her authentic realness about these issues and all our human issues around worthiness. She is someone I will continue to look to for guidance forever and I know will always remind us all that we are perfect exactly as we are ❤️
I just started reading Worthy. It is the most important book I’ve read in my 45 years on earth. Because of the magnitude of that book I went searching for all things Jamie Kern Lima and found the Jamie Kern Lima show. I cannot express what these episodes have meant to me but most importantly it is the intention behind the entire show that shines through. I can only hope this show becomes the next iteration of “The Oprah Show” because we need it.

I have heard Jamie as a guest on other Podcasts and was super excited to hear she has her own show. Her passion to get the word out to the millions about being WORTHY - wow! As a life coach I hear and walk with so many women who are struggling with themselves. Their wounds and life story have made them believe they are not worthy of anything and will never be. Jamie says differently and with her gentle calming voice walks with them through the book and on her Podcast every week with her guests who share their stories. I recommend this to all the ladies I walk with and it has lead to some great discussions, lots of healing and better yet a new person who now stands taller and believes in themselves. I’m definitely a Jamie fan. She has struggled and persevered and is brave enough to open up and share it all with us. She is real and sincere. So relatable. She reminds us our goal is, as she quotes from Oprah, our job is to become the “highest, truest expression” of yourself. Her books, Believe It, and Worthy, are excellent. This show is the natural next step for Jamie and I’m excited for every new episode! 🩷

I’ve been listening to Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast as part of my 2024 year of wholesome and healthy living. I’ve struggled for 60 years with feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt. I’m on my way to undoing years of thinking about things from the wrong perspective. On my way to a happier and more confident self.

I loved Jamie’s book “Worthy” and absolutely loved it! I’ve been using IT cosmetics for years but didn’t know this beautiful lady behind this beauty product which made me look beautiful. I started following her journey and can only say one thing - “ Beautiful souls touch lives to make them beautiful” and that’s exactly it is for Jamie! She has touched lives of millions of lives and made them beautiful either through her genuine beauty products or through her books and talks.

I love Jamie Kern Lima giving us the opportunity to share with us her success story and how nothing is impossible and to believe in ourselves. I have not had to change to read her book yet honestly I have been busy but I am so fortunate to have bought it when it first came out and got all the free bonuses at the time. It has pushed to to no feel crazy because I am just first on almost everything in my family and that’s inlay because I am the one try to make name known and heard out in the real world and it is tough but I’ll keep pushing through adversity.
Jamie feels like the girlfriend we all want to hang out with. She is so real and relatable. Jamie is also vulnerable and deceptively wise and profound in spite of her cheerleader demeanor! The world needs Jamie, especially at this moment. Her story is amazing!
Sometimes the people who speak on these topics feel scripted or we believe they’ve always lead a life of privilege that endowed them with a sense of worth. Or they’re put on a pedestal as achieving something that’s unattainable for the rest of us. Jamie feels like someone you’d run into at the grocery store, and you’d find yourself thinking about her presence while you’re cutting up vegetables later that day. She has an authenticity and a motherly aura that makes you feel seen, valuable, cared for, and knows that you matter even when you may doubt that yourself. Thank you for doing the work you’re doing, Jamie!
I Love and appreciate Jamie’s willingness to be open, vulnerable and real. If you don’t already have her book go get it. Everyone should read her book because it is Amazing and you are Worthy.
