Love the very informative show and thoroughly enjoy listening to what seems to be objective opinions from the hosts. While listening to Trump’s Secret Weapon……episode, I nearly exploded with the number of pronouns used in reference to VP Kamala Harris. What’s with the use of pronouns rather than VP Harris’ NAME? If you go back and listen to the episode, Scaramucci seems to be unable to say “her” name. Katty does a little better, but guys! Trump’s name rolls off your tongue more times than we can count in one minute, why can’t you say Harris’ name instead of so many “her/she” references? Somebody on your team should go back and listen to how the media refers to VP Harris in pronouns!
Anthony, I usually agree with you, but with your synopsis as to the SCOTUS immunity ruling not being a direct threat to the rule of law….I must disagree.
The immunity ruling makes it “virtually” impossible to indict and convict a POTUS. It creates the opportunity for legal motion after motion, appeal after appeal, endless ping-pong with the lower Courts, and no limits legal gymnastics ..........Not to mention 5 pro-Trump Justices.
The POTUS is now a King or Queen....... All we can hope for is they have a moral and ethical center to check themselves. Trump is a moral quadriplegic.
This case will be tossed out if Donny Dumpster wins or die a slow and long death if Harris wins. Trump nor any other POTUS will ever spend 1-hr in jail.
Sure Jack Smith can try, but he will fail. NY State case is also going out the window.
I used to love this podcast, it was my go-to for objective and insightful analysis based on primary experiences. I’ve been familiar with and a huge fan of both hosts and think they make an excellent team, are respectful of each other and play off of each others’ backgrounds very effectively. For some reason though the last handful of episodes have bizarrely and explicitly transformed into Kamala-praising mouthpiece extensions. I couldn’t even finish a few of the recent episodes as it felt like I was watching MSNBC post DNC coverage. I’m really disappointed and never thought this would actually happen to this extent with this podcast but unfortunately it has.
You grossly underestimate Biden’s role in choosing Kamala as his successor. Biden nixed idea of a “mini primary” put forward by scum like NYT CNN Carville and Pelosi intended to pass over Harris in favor of Whitmer or Newsone.
Finally a well balanced sane view on politics in these United States. I am fiscally conservative but socially liberal and if I had to identify myself with a party it would certainly be with the Democrats but I have to say I am impressed with neither. We need this even keeled reporting and I pray these 2 start a rank choice vote movement.
Great podcast, significantly better than my expectations. Should tell Anthony if the democrats want to beat Trump they should label him Old News and keep pressing that. People are ready for a change from the Trump politic years but that narrative needs to be aggressively pushed.
You two are surprisingly good together. You provide excellent analysis and have great chemistry.
I’ve always admired Katy. She’s very level headed and astute in her reporting. Anthony is honest about his affiliations with Republicans which always makes me wince. However it’s good to gain insight into how others think.
As a Brit in the US, I’m so pleased a US version had been created. Smart, sensible, insightful discussion from two knowledgeable speakers. Very pleased Goalhanger chose a female presenter. Katty is a pro and though I scratched my head when I saw Anthony’s name, he’s likeable and articulate and I think they work really well together.
Love this combo! Katy Kay is brilliant and love her UK perspectives. Anthony brings a lot of specific insider business knowledge. Keep bringing us unique but current subjects. I listen as soon as u post :-)

The is the best podcast I have ever heard. The political analysis is spot on. They have a great give and take from different perspectives. My vote is for Anthony and Kitty Kay for king and queen of the world.
As a Brit living in the US, I SO appreciate this fab podcast! Not only informative and funny, but the CHEMISTRY between the two hosts is off the chart. Katty and Anthony should be paired to cover the November election on TV - PLEASE!
After a discouraging start — when the show made me feel like I was eavesdropping at a less than great cocktail party — this episode demonstrates how much both Kay and Scaramucci can add to the current political season. Thank you for enlightening us about dimwits, suckups, and the constitution!
I don’t know why I keep listening. Scaramucci is bald faced liar and you can tell he is loving this opportunity to bash Trump and get revenge for his highly public firing. I could listen to Katie as a Brit though her outlook is more leftward(not unbiased). Any journalist who claims to be unbiased is liar and loses my immediate respect.
It’s truly refreshing to hear two people such as Katty Kay and Anthony Scaramucci talk the political picture in this country, in this day. With the direction a certain ‘faction’ of people are trying to take thus nation, what they are attempting to destroy, I like listening to two individuals “tell it like it is”! You don’t get that very often in the news media of today. But, here, with these two, we are getting just that. Straight from their hearts!
Anthony says Katy’s name far too often and interrupts her frequently. That gives his comments a tone of dismissiveness and ultimately hurts the podcast.
