Emma’s advice is right to the point and good balance of being direct with empathy. I really love her ‘ten rules of life’ episode and would love to see more solo episodes in the future.
I think that this is a great podcast, especially for learning and really absorbing critical information. The only area that I could see improvement in is Emma’s ability to sit back and really listen to what her guests are saying. She is too quick to jump in with her own thoughts, and it can be overbearing as a listener. It feels like she is too scripted, and it doesn’t feel organic. We want to feel as though we have a moment to take in what we have heard and digest it before jumping right to the next point.
Really was excited to tune in and wanted to love this podcast. Unfortunately it feels a little too privileged. I don’t really see how we relate? People who don’t come from a money or have acting career to stand on as a foundation or previous exposure. What about people starting from the ground up, that are bootstrapping and building their business without a reputation. Would love more of a down to earth, realatable guest.
Why do women think other women want to hear an interview that’s dishonest? Meghan has no humility, had no clue what imposter syndrome is, but went on to describe it anyway instead of asking. Emma didn’t correct her. Cringe content.
What an amazing conversation between two fantastic women! Emma is an incredible interviewer! Meghan is phenomenal I wish them both continued success in their respective careers. And to the haters, please get a life!!
I really respect Emma and think she is a wonderful host and entrepreneur. I understand the premise of the show but as a solo mom and bootstrapping entrepreneur I was hoping for more tactical advice and guests that have built businesses without already having massive platforms to support their success. Hoping for more of that in the future. :)

It’s been a while since I’ve felt so inspired by a podcast that I’ve wanted to binge listen to the episodes. Aspire brilliant, thank you Emma. I’m a mom who owns a beverage company. I’m obsessed with our product, really hard working and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to learn from you.
I know this is a new podcast but this is one of the best out there. Not only for business but for personal development, overall. It’s a powerhouse of a show with dynamic guests and conversations.
I like the message and the guests but it is hard to listen to sometimes because there are times that Emma over talks the guests and interjects a comment when they are trying to explain. My recommendation is to be aware of trying not to interrupt/interject while the guest is speaking so we can hear fully their point of view.
This is a message to Audacy: I want to register a complaint about your decision to put a bonus episode of some CEO’s podcast on the Severance podcast feed. That would be annoying enough, but you put someone on who is famous for saying work-life balance is an employee’s problem. The irony is cloying. Please be better stewards of the excellent Severance podcast. CEO propaganda is corrosive and awful.
As an entrepreneur myself, I truly appreciate that you launched your own podcast and are sharing these powerful conversations with the world. Emma Grede is nothing special there are thousands of companies all over America that have made money and been successful. None of this content really helps anyone. You’re better off listening to yourself pass gas.

The host rails against how men are treated compared to women. That’s why women in business are looked at as more frail in business. They expect a business to succeed because they’re women. Fail or win, take the criticism or the praise and move on. I couldn’t make it past the first episode. So much whining.
Emma is what I want to be when I grow up (I’m 24 😂) As an owner of 2 businesses, she is everything I want to be. Driven, motivated and insightful. I binged both episodes on YouTube to see her outfits! As a fellow British black girl, as Emma says “you can’t be what you can’t see”. Keep up the good work ♥️
