Britt not only teaches the inherent word of Christ he lives it. Yes he's human but shows us what it looks like to be a messy Christian who fails but always believes.
Britt puts a great deal of research into his sermons. He delivers the word of God completely and unapologetically. I listen every week. I am constantly convicted by his sermons, feel more led to turn my attention to the Lord and dedicate more of my time and energy to knowing Christ Jesus! As an past Carpinteria local thank you Lord for putting such an amazing church in our little town!!
Pastor Britt is a Living example of 2 Corinthians 5:17 which states: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!" From the wrong sides of the track, to the feet of Jesus... Britt leads a life to be studied. Not only is he gifted in Teaching the Bible, he is able to reach just about any person. I've downloaded several messages of this church just by randomly selecting podcast and they have really spoken to me. I love how simple Britt explains the Bible and helps it connect to my life. He makes it practical and has truly helped me understand what the Bible is saying. I've never been to his church in California but would love to sit there in person and experience it with those that go regularly.
We vacationed in Carp over spring break and I attend Church with my brother Steve. It was a great message and God really layed it on me to get my life back in step with his purpose for myself and my family. Thanks so much, the message was great, the worship was awesome and the folks attending were warm!! Thanks again Pastor and the Family at Reality!
