Don't get me wrong, I love smooth downtempo with lush female vocals as much as the next guy, but in recent years, real, honest to god trip hop has gotten somewhat lost in the shuffle. Thankfully, these podcasts feature the real deal - rich, atmospheric, sometimes dark grooves with scratchy, jazzy percussion. Truly trippy stuff, not the clean and overproduced sounds of what usually passes for trip hop these days. Massive props to this DJ for keeping the faith!
