Raymond Arroyo is an outstanding journalist. He's well read, has a deep knowledge and understanding of current events, is respectful and insightful and able and willing to ask the tough questions on "both sides" of an issue. The World Over is journalism at its best.
I don't have much time to listen to news, nor do I want to get all of my news from the secular media. This show chooses timely topics. The most important items are highlighted and there are always good interviews with a wide variety of guests. Raymond Arroyo has a good sense of humor, is not afraid to challenge guests, but he is always respectful. I feel that this show gives me a good view of the world from a Catholic Christian perspective. Thank you.
Raymond Arroyo does a great job hosting EWTN's news desk and covering special events within the Church. Fr. Neuhaus will be missed, but I am glad to have been able to greet them, albeit briefly, at the end of Pope Benedict XVI's youth rally in Dunwoodie.
