This is a funny tip-oriented wellness podcast. Dr. Fitness is the straight man on the show, with research and facts, and Fat Guy Lee Kantor provides comic relief. When the doctor tries to make a joke, it always falls flat. Lee seems to be pretty knowledgable, but the doctor steps all over any attempt Lee makes to share serious information. These are quick tips, so I wouldn't recommend this one if you're looking for substantial information.
The thing that bugs me the most is that the sound level is so inconsistent that if I listen to a few in a row, I have to keep fiddling with my volume controls on my iPod.
