I have really been enjoying this podcast lately. It took me a couple of listenings, but I am a big fan now. I like old time radio and this is a great compilation of variety show, light drama, and comedy from the time when radio was more popular than TV. Highly recommended.
I love British humor and drama. Lord Peter is one of my favs and My Music. The stuff i don't like i just skip. The only thing that bugs me is the host talks too much.
For the most part this podcast is great. Being able to hear British programs is wonderful and I want to encourage that this continue. The only negative is that sometimes there are podcast of old american radio which I do like or not think fits the mission of this podcast "brunch with the brits" (britsh programs). I wish those american radio marathon podcasts during the summer and at christmas were marathons of britsh radio!... then I would consider this podcast the best podcast of all!
So I am only 25 years old and I never really took the time to listen to old time radio until I met my husband!!! Now I really enjoy listening to it and it has broadened my taste!! Hun I love you and I enjoy your show!!!
