I am overweight and out of shape. I can totally see me actually sticking to this one. The sun salutations at the beginning went a little fast for me because I have never done them before, but I am sure, as with anything, practice will make perfect. Other than that, it goes nice and slow with only a few stretches with rests between. I like that because I hate the videos that say beginner but have 30 positions and it's hard to keep up. This is perfect for anyone that wants to try yoga and not be discouraged!
