Mystery novel set at the rise of the avatar world and the fall of the meat world. Some of the tech and gender stuff has aged slightly. Interesting and well written.
Just happened to come across this story and downloaded one episode to listen to then finished the rest of them within a week. Interesting world so give it a shot.
I loved both stories by this author. Please keep writing and letting us into this wonderful alternate world you have created. What imagination! Out-there sci-fi but cohesively connected with whispers of relevance of the world today. THANK YOU!
Hardboiled detective story with a heaping helping of questions about identify, though never overwhelming. How many selves are there, and can they really die?
