I subscribe to several yoga podcast. This podcast has become one of my favorites. I love the mix of breathing exercises and asanas. The times for each class varies. So if you only have 20-30 minutes devoted to yoga, a balanced class is available. If you have time for a full 90 minute class, there are some available. Jill's soothing and friendly voice is a great guide. Thank you!
