I stumbled upon the whiskey brothers while listening to the Titus podcast when Sam was a guest. He was friggin funny so I had to go check out this whiskey brothers podcast. I've been hooked ever since. Bieber, sinjowatanabe, my butter is breaded, four roses b******, I'm an Indian!, and Brenda....wanna know the funny behind all those phrases? Then check out this podcast! You won't be disappointed.
Unless you don't like laughing, or you're from a crappy jug band, don't listen to this.
But if so, you will not be disappointed. I've spent well over 265 hours listening to this podcast, and not one bad show.
I love listening to these guys! They may be vulgar, but these cats are so funny I can't help myself from listening every week. Funny group of guys with great stories and awesome guests. You gotta start listening....now please!!!
so I found these guys through another podcast about 10 months ago,and I have listened to every single one, twice and I am about 50 eps into my 3rd time through.
I am an angry trucker who listens to alot of podcasts and these guys are always able to take me back from the brink of running foolish 4 wheelers, (all non truckers-yes this means you), off the road. Thank you all for what you do. You 4, **** OFF & BIEBER! Tullamore D.E.W. Bad Math 3/17/13!
You funny, two-fisted drinkin' hooligans nearly made me fudge my undies a couple months ago...I was racing to get home to spend some quality time on the throne, but listening to your "No Rehab for Fun" cast in my car made me laugh SOOOO hard that I made an "impression" on my drawers. I kept it together enough to cross the finish line, but John Wessling needs to be renamed from "The Couch Crusher" to "The Fecalator" for his russian announcer voice. Y'all are too funny!
After this I have been ruined to all other comedy podcasts. I will never be able to listen to the circle-jerk discussions about "The craft" without thinking of these guys. First timers would do well to hear John as Neil Diamond in Bartertown. If that does not get you rolling then you have naught but a dead lump of bitterness where your humor was supposed to go!
I have listened to every single podcast, I didn't start with you in the beginning, I came in after hearing Sam on the Titus Podcast, but then I started at the beginning, and I hve had SO many laughs on account of these gentleman that I can not help but spread the Whiskied Word. I can't make the drive from Seattle to Vancouver without the podcast, and I patiently (not really) await the next episode.
If you're some sort of genderqueer vegan social justice warrior activist, this show might not be for you. For the rest of us, kick back, grab a bottle of whiskey, and prepare to laugh your posterior off, because these guys are hilarious. My list of subscribed podcasts is pretty long and this is always the one that gets top listening priority when a new episode appears. Praise Whiskey!
I'm warning you if you subscribe this podcast will ruin you for other podcasts. These guys are are hilarious and quick witted. You will laugh so loud people will look at you like you're a crazy person with your headphones on.
They drink, they cuss, they smoke, they're racist, sexist, classist, tasteless, tactless, and even at times repulsive but I will never miss a podcast because they're also clever, refreshing, and hilarious! I love you Brenda! Now f$&@ off!!!
Love this podcast! It is my must have for my work commute. This is not for those who are easily offended as indicated in the intro. These guys are crazy witty and hilarious. It's like you're listening in on a conversation between best friends just catching up. Loved it from episode 1.
I love this show! one of the funniest podcast if not the funniest podcast on the net! I dont miss and episode and sometimes listen to some old ones again. These are just hilarious! wish these guys would come do a stand up gig in Milwaukee sometime.
Nothing is funnier than the jokes comedians tell to make other comedians laugh. This 'cast is not so much a performance, it is evesdropping on four of Houstons funniest comedians and their friends as they entertain each other. I consider it a privilage just to listen in.
oh and...... bieber
There are hardly any guests, but when there are they're people like Doug Stanhope, Dave Attell, Jenny Johnson, Christopher Titus, Ralphie May, Ron Jeremy, and Nina Hartley. WOW. Download them all, but make sure you listen to #209. The Muslim rap segment is the funniest thing you've ever heard.
