Reviews For Do Over

I can't say good enough things about Matts podcasts. I have listened to all of them and have benefitted much. My wife and I are in the process of our "do over" changing our professions from self-employed to owning a business that invest in real estate. Hearing these stories and interviews have helped tremendously in knowing that we're not alone. Successful people never give up and hearing their stories remind me of that. There's value in listening to other people's narratives and learning from their mistakes and their courage to keep on going. You only fail if you give up! Thanks Matt!
Episodes 66-84 were my favorite episodes of this podcast. The freedom possible series led me to falling in love with real estate investing. It really is the final frontier for the average person to obtain wealth. At 28 years old and having to start all over again, I now have a roadmap and plan on how to do that so I can escape the rat race and never have to work a W2 job ever again
Love the video cast with Adam, he is an inspiration to so many of us “average” guys! The latest pod cast with Monika Korra had me with a lump in my throat and water in my eyes….. What an inspiration she is! I’m getting my running shoes out!
Thanks Matt for providing the spark that created some much needed change in my life. I previously felt stuck in my day job, and now I am paving the way for a much brighter future. I continuously refer this podcast to the people closest to me. Binge listening to this show was more exciting to me than binge watching “The Walking Dead!” (And definitely more fulfilling and productive!)
I found Matt’s Do Over podcast soon after my job ended, and I started to think that perhaps it was time for me to do something else with my life. That’s when I found Matt Theriault and other life teachers on DoubleTwist podcasts. I immediately logged into iTunes and subscribed. Matt’s interview of Bill Baren really helped me understand so much about time management, and inspired me to subscribe to Bill’s podcast as well. Another of my favorite Do Over episode is “My Quick Fix for Eliminating Worry and Doubt”. This episode in one word - POWERFUL!!! Another is “9 Lies Unproductive People Love to Tell” I listen to these two episodes once a week to reenforce their lessons and keep me aware of the things Matt warns about in those podcasts. Thank you Matt so much for sharing your wisdom with me.
Matt's podcast gives me a daily boost to change my life around. In addition to the boost, everything is explained step by step so it really becomes a piece of cake to follow. There are so many resources and valuable information that he share regarding success, bussines, self- development, investing, and much more. It is truly the highlight of my day and when I feel off track a little I just listen to his podcast and jump right back on the train. If you want to make steps towards turning things around in different aspects of your life, this is the podcast to listen to. I never leave reviews for anything but this surely deserved one.
Hey Matt, I really enjoyed listening to the interview with Adam Carolla. I particularly enjoyed the part where he stated, " You take control of your life and do not use external forces as an excuse not to succeed". He used the example when his daugher lost her cell phone and attempted to blame it on the baby sitter. Overall message, you must take control of your life. P.S. I can't wait to view his movie " Comedy Hard" on Netflix. Also, love the show and keep pumping out great content that educates and inspires.
Came to this from Matt and John's health/exercise podcast, Do Over Body, which is highly recommended. Do Over does for the mind what Do Over Body does for, well, the body -- gets you in the right frame to take on life and its challenges. The Adam Carolla video interview was a font of simple, useful information, including the "take a walk with classical music" solution to much of the momentary depression that can hit us all. Thanks for both podcasts, Matt! (Even if you look completely different from what I had suspected based on your voice :)
I just discovered Matt’s podcast in the last few weeks. I have listened to a handful of episodes so far. Each one has been great - very useful and insightful information. Thank you Matt!
I love the do over guy in general but the episode with Adam Carolla was awesome he is really straightforward. I like Adam Carolla so much because he doesn't pull any punches he doesn't try to sugarcoat what's real, which is that we have to take responsibility for our own actions.

Loved the episode with Adam Carolla on it. Very inspriation and very humble. Job well done. Please get more like him.....
Great listening I was told by a friend to follow adam, and it is great hearing him talk about how to be successful. Thanks.
what I loved most about the Do Over episode featuring Adam Carolla was foremost the validation I felt. I've reinvented my career a couple of times and just hustled my way to where I am. Matt, Adam, thanks for reminding me I am in good company!
Excellent interview with Adam Corolla! The interview has so much material that can help anyone the feels stuck to get moving. Listen and you won't be disappointed.
Adam Corolla is one of my all time favorite podcasters and seeing him together with you Matt was very inspiring. Much of my current grounding has rooted with you two guys. Thank you for sharing. Okay that was a little weird, but in all truthfulness, I really enjoyed spending the time today with the two of you.
Just found this. Starting at episode 1 and rolling through each episode. Loving them. Thanks!
Just pressed the refresh button and surprise: you’re back! I’ve been listening to your podcast since 2011 and had the privilege to see your evolution throughout the years. Straight love all the way down from Brazil. Glad to see you here.
This is my go to for personal development strategy!
I love this podcast. I miss it. Did you Change the name? Did I miss a key episode? Loving the Epic podcast, but I really love the great Personal Development tools and tips that applied elsewhere also.
I was mesmerized by Scott Duffy's stories and experiences. I really love the MC Hammer point about finding the simple way to get it done. Beautiful advice. And the story of Howard Swartz wife supporting his dream. Its stories and lessons like these that propels the next generation of entrepreneurs. Great job Matt - Keep rocking it!
When I feel like I am lost at Sea Matt helps me steer my boat in the right direction. I tend to blindly click “play” on an episode and no matter which one is chosen I always find something I needed to hear in the message! Thanks for all that you do to inspire us! Keep up the Great work!!
I just finished listening to the interview with Scott Duffy and I have motivation and ideas running through my blood! I have learned that if I really want to launch my business I will have to make really good terms with my family! Our terms are good now, but they can improve in many areas and I see clearly now what I need to do! Another great topic was surrounding yourself with inspiring people that will only push you forward, those that will help enhance your business and not shoot you down, those that are already doing what you want to do, those who are successful and will help you get there too! Great podcast!! Thank you for the inspiration, just another awesome uplifting podcast from Matt, keep it up, you're changing people's lives!
I especially appreciate the range of guidance. It keeps it relevant and interesting, and I never know what lessons I will learn. Very happy to have discovered it. Also love the episode with Scott Duffy! Great storyteller and I look forward to reading his book.
Seems as though the do-over is over...it's been slowing more and more and you can tell Matt is focused on other things. He also did a book giveaway and nothing (not even a response). Oh well
Matt's positive outlook on life is great and you can tell well thought out. I've listened for a long time and can sometimes listen to many episodes all at once and I'm not sick of him yet. I loved the interview with Scott. I liked the quote if your life was a book what would you like to read? I also loved Scott's heartfelt retreats he talked about with his wife and kids in what they would like to accomplish in the next year such a great idea! I'm always learning new things an perspectives from Matt and his guests, keep it coming.
I love Scott Duffy's emphasis on playing to your strengths and delegating (aka relinquishing control over!) your weaknesses to those who excel in those areas. And the term CVO - chief venting officer - classic. As always, this is the podcast that keeps me on track
The body do over is so good I had to come see what else you had! I am not disappointed!
I’ve listened to the podcast three times now! Scott Duffy is amazing and I love the way Matt blends his info into this phenomenal podcast. Thanks guys!!!
New to the podcast. Learned a lot from Scott Duffy. Too many ideas are running around my head! Great show, Matt. Keep up the good work!
I have listened to the interview with Scott Duffy twice already. And I got so many good ideas and notes. There was just so much useable and practical information. I'm excited to buy and read Scott's book! Matt is an excellent host and interviewer, he really brings out so much from his guests and helps bring it to us in a way that we can use it. Kudos to you, Matt!
What I got from Scott Duffy is to plan time away from work! I am single with no children, but I can still plan time with family and friends for myself. We all forget to take time off and we overwork ourselves (guilty!). Whatever our situation is, we can still plan weekly, monthly, or yearly vacations or time off to relax.
I start my day with Do Over. It has been a Blessing
I'm a big fan of Matt's real estate podcasts and this Do Over podcast is a perfect companion to that podcast and is a great resource for any entrepreneur. Scott Duffy shared some great stories about Richard Branson, MC Hammer and Tonny Robbins that give you great insight into how these extremely successful people think. I especially liked Scott's point of views and approach because of his background with Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins. This is a down to earth, practical conversation about the different ways successful people approach life, no RA-RA upsell here! I look forward to reading Scott's book, Launch! As always, big thanks to Matt and his staff for providing great content and an enjoyable podcast! -Mike O
Welcome back, I felt like a kid in the candy store with all of Scott's info and experiences. Thanks-a-mil

I just listened to the Launch epsiode with Scott Duffy and found him to be a very energetic and inspiring person. One thing he talked about is making an annual retreat with your family, which is something I am going to start this summer. This podcast is a great listen and very motivational! THank you!
I recently had a snafu with my touch and had a months worth of already listened too podcast reloaded. I deleted most of the stuff I listened to off except for the "Do Over" I listen to every episode again and didn't forward or skip through a single one. Interview are great and too the point. After listening you understand that Matt is genuine.
This episode hit home with me with starting my own business. Scott really made me put into perspective my family along the way. Keep up the great work Matt!
Thank you for interviewing Scott. I really enjoyed this episode. Can't wait to read his book. I need to focus more on getting started with my do over!
Another great show. Scott Duffy is living a life that most only dream of. He shared some great advice and stories on how to live your life to become what you want. All the way from how to start a business to how to set boundaries to be a family man. He did a great job on tying everything together. I really love this podcast and episode.
Thank you Matt for your hard word, dedication, openness, passion, & care for each podcast you put out. I enjoyed your recent guest Scott Duffy and the education he provided. Your other two podcasts are a priority to my REI education and health. Once again thanks. Enrique D.
Matt: Great podcast, I really like your stuff. Thanks D
Scott is by far one of my favorite people to listen to. I have no idea how one person can have so many great stories and do such a fantastic job telling them. The first episode with him about launching a business was was my favorite until this one. Matt continues to find great guests for this show. A must listen regardless of where you are in your life.
This is really the only podcast that I wait for new releases and one of only a few that I actually subscribe to. I really enjoyed the podcast w/ Scott Duffy especially listening to his ideas on success and the importance of aligning with your spouse/partner. Thanks for the great content guys!
Just finished listening to episode 112 with Scott Duffy and it was one of Matt's best. Matt always provides great encouragement no matter where you're at in your do over. But this episode was one of his best. In this episode Scott gives concrete, actionable advice for anyone launching their business or product. It especially hit home with me when he discussed his focus retreats with his kids and wife. A must listen! Great content keep up the good work Matt!
The content that Matt shares with his interviews and stories are phenomenal. The interview with Scott Duffy and all of his stories that he shared were so uplifting and positive. If you want to change your life start listening to this podcast.
Definitely enjoyed having Scott Duffy on the podcast today. It's obvious that the spirit of his mentors and role models have had a huge impact on him. You can hear the dedication and passion in how he speaks!
Matt has walked us along the path of do over success WHILE WALKING IT HIMSELF. I love this not excuse approach. Thats what I call a mentor. Rock on Matt!!

Matt is the best partner you can have in making your life the best it can be. He is a great mentor, teacher and motivator. He has been there, and speaks with humility and experience. He covers everything from starting a business to mapping out and reaching your goals … no matter what they are. He doesn’t push his view on you - he help you develop your own and provides amazing resources. He is one of a kind.
I love Matt's insight into the process that may hold us back from reaching our true potential. I find the podcasts to have concrete steps to assist me reach my goals. But more importantly, on days that I falter, I find his voice comforting and reassuring. Thank you Matt.
Since I found this podcast a few months ago, I cannot get enough. I like the easy to follow steps and I can identify with Matt's personality. He doesn't come off as some high priced guru who is just looking for you to spend thousands on his next scheme. I recommend this to all my friends.
