All I Want To Do Is Make Love to this podcast. Even if they donโt love one of the best songs of all time. Also, I always thought her husband was impotent or sterile. Isnโt that why she got impregnated secretly by the drifter?
This is the only podcast Iโll listen to when getting ready for a night out on the town. All the hype I need to make a fabulous entrance at Club Twist.
Grab a shoe full of cotton-candy grapes or 750 fresh lobsters and get ready for all the Southwest design advise you can handle. Bryan and Erin proudly expose all the worlds clowny-buttholes and yet still leave listeners feeling motivated and empowered. Lots of love from The Beverly Center!
Been listening since Bryan exclaimed โAHHHHkay!?โ A few times an episode. There arenโt enough ๐ ๐ in the world to accurately rate this phenomenal gay, feminist, political and comedic JUGGERNAUT!
Yes I said juggernaut.
This podcast has been, for more than a decade, both deeply nourishing AND useful. The โpull-out methodโ segment from 2013 remains one of the funniest things Iโve ever heard on a podcast. And I once went back and listened to a more recent segment, in which Bryan randomly becomes a woman who wishes she was afraid of bread but still loves her life on Werewolf Street in Beverly Hills, to get my energy up in preparation for a job interview and was then offered the job. Thank you for your help, Bryan and Erin, and everyone behind the scenes, Sherman and Oliver included.
Iโve been meaning to write a review for a long time, but whenever I think of doing it I remember how on the Garbage Pail Kids movie episode, you somehow failed to mention that the teenage fashion designerโs name was Tangerine. How do you do a recap of the movie and fail to mention that someone is named TANGERINE? If I gave a recap of the movie it would be โthereโs these gross kids, whatever, but thereโs a teenaged fashion designer named TANGERINE.โ Iโve been thinking about it for months or years (who can tell anymore).
Anyways, 5 stars
Bryan's description of an Italian red wine actually perfectly sums up this podcast - a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lotta LOVE!
Happy bday Erin - and I must say: Nebbiolo, fancy waffles on sticks....rich, rich, anybody rich?!? Stay fabulous!
(Full disclosure: I threw my favorite words from the best podcast on the planet into the mind blender that is ChatGPT and out came this fantastic review! AI for the win!)
Attitudes" with hosts Erin Gibson and Bryan Safi is a captivating podcast that fearlessly delves into a myriad of topics, ranging from religion to high-heeled shoe chairs, and from Colombo to women's issues and LGBTQ+ matters. With their witty banter and insightful commentary, Gibson and Safi offer a refreshing take on contemporary culture and societal norms. Their dynamic energy and unapologetic approach make each episode a delightful journey through pop culture and beyond. Whether you're looking for a laugh or a thought-provoking discussion, "Attitudes" delivers with a resounding "You go, girl!"
I like to listen to this pod while doing muted exercise videos and Tai Chi videos. The combination of gentle movement and laughing is the only version of meditation that is working for me these days. ๐ข๐ก๐ฅฟ๐๐ฉฐ๐ฅพ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ฉด
Reminder to all listeners, applying for (SNAP/medicaid) is free! Times are hard and these programs have MASSIVE federal budgets that go unused every year. Log on Al Goreโs internet, type โapply for SNAPโ w/ your stateโs name into your preferred search engine. At worst you donโt qualify, at best you get free health insurance and a few hundred dollars per month for groceries.
I have loved this podcast since I started my first factory sewing job in 2014. I actually started listening a couple days before yaโll were doing a live show in my city, so I decided to attend since I was enjoying the podcast so much. Iโve been a die hard fan ever since, and have had the pleasure of seeing Bryan and Erin live 4 times. I love to think of Erin and Bryan as my chosen Aunt and Uncle as they have seen me through so much over the last 6 years. The bond they share is so joyous and pure and it makes for some of the best comedic chemistry, in my opinion, and a podcast I truly look forward to every single week. Love you both and am so grateful for the magic you share with us every week! (Sorry this is so long) xoxo Megan
Love this show, love the two of them, love how I canโt anticipate what one of them is going to say most of the time and itโs almost always funny and brutally whiplash smart. One of the ones in the feed I look forward to every week. Plus as a Santa Fean, love the little quips on life in the Fe.
5/5 ๐ even though Iโm still waiting for Bryanโs one man show where he tells his quiverful origin story and plays all his children and grandchildren!
Iโve been listening to this show since the absolute beginning, a literal lifetime ago. These two silly geese taught me a whole lot about womenโs issues and LGBTQIA+ issues, while also delighting me with absolutely unhinged humor. What delights they are.
Now, forgive me if โsloppy secondsโ is a derogatory term by which to refer to myself, but if I ever meet Erin I am absolutely DYING to talk to her about the man we both dated and what a piece of work he was (still is)!
Iโm not usually a podcast person, but Iโve been a fan of Erin and Bryan for years. Iโm actually smiling and laughing and learning listening to them. Bonus this show helps a lot when I'm experiencing anxiety and need a good distraction. Just the best all around.
Incredible show, you should totally listen.
I was on the parade float in Madrid holding the giant joint! Iโve always wondered if Erin and I would cross paths out here. Never figured Iโd be in a holiday parade holding a 4ft paper mache joint. Love you both! Thanks for shouting out a wonderful community here in NM! Santa is totally a doper BrYan, how else could he eat a billion cookies in one night?! ๐โ๐ป๐๏ธ
This episode had me cracking up from the start. So many great jokes, but none better than โwhatever you do to her, Iโll do to youโ and how it ended up getting to Bryan saying โyou eat her out, I eat you outโ. I gasped and busted out laughing sitting at a stop light while listening on my way to work. HILARIOUS!
