Podcast – The Overnightscape

Reviews For Podcast – The Overnightscape

The absolute best podcast. Been listening since I was young and it's still the quintessential podcast for me. Thanks Frank!
Still good after all these years. Couldn't ask for a better internet friends and audiomate. An amazing talent with always insightful commentary on society.
I love the many topics Frank covers every episode. He talks about games, food, music, television, gadgets, his immediate surroundings and anything that crosses his mind. The noisy city environment he records in is a huge part of the enjoyment of this show that he records on his way to work. I wish more shows did things like that. So much of my enjoyment comes from the sounds of the people and places he walks by. I stockpile the four newest episodes on my ipod and listen to them over and over and over again. It's that good.
This Podcast is Great!! Very interesting and entertaining. No other podcast like it. Thanks for the time and work invested!!

Frank, takes listeners on a daily journey through New York as well as the world of time travel, movies, snacks, soda, cigars, TV, theories about reality and memories of our shared popular culture dreamscape. A great companion for driving or riding. This is what you are looking for, even if you don't know it yet.
Have been with Frank for years now! He is my Internet friend that never disappoints.
Frank's show is the one podcast I never miss. The Overnightscape and the Overnightscape Underground are fascinating shows that will provide you with a wealth of entertainment. Thanks Frank!
Frank is dedicated to bringing all of us volume upon volume of high quality material. As of this writing, he has somewhere in the range of 3 weeks of continuous play in The Overnightscape alone! And of course that doesn't include a few of his other projects the he has and is producing. Frank and The Overnightscape are among the Heavyweights of Podcasting!
Frank's podcast is great. Everyone can relate to his many adventures, mishaps and memories. Talk radio the way it should be. It even inspired me to start my own show. Do yourself a favor and give this show a try.
A show about a man who travels fro NJ to NY every day to work. Talk of NY sights and sounds. Also in studio / out studio review of food snacks. Plus a review of franks memories of his life. This man has a gift of memory that I would only dream of. He will grow on you in time. I have heard over 500 of his shows. Give him a chance he will grow on you. Top of my list.
The Overnightscape isn't JUST my favorite podcast - The Overnightscape is my favorite form of entertainment, period. The host, Frank, talks about his life, his work, the city he lives in, the products he loves, the dreams he has, and the issues he's dealing with. Listen to 5 episodes and you'll hear 5 different types of shows - and yet, somehow - they'll all be connected. I cannot explain to you how good this podcast really is. Do yourself a favor, subscribe right now.
Frank takes his listeners through things he encounters in daily life. You might run into the weird guy making bird noises in Grand Central Station NYC, or listen as Frank makes oatmeal on Sunday morning. The show is an eclectic, funny, and honest look at what holds his interest for the moment. It seems innocent enough at first. After two episodes, you'll be hooked.
I have only listened to 1 episode so far.A really intresting peek into someones life..but Almost an hour of the episode I listened to was about dreams the host had. Found this segment almost impossible to listen to. You know when you try to tell someone about a dream you had? They don't care..and neither did I!...but on a positive..I enjoy the reality aspect of the show

Great and amazing podcast!
I started listening to podcasts 9 months ago. I tried other shows, but this is the only one I stuck with. The reason is simple: this podcast is entertaining. So when the novelty of podcasting rubs off, come over to the show that you can rely on to make you smile every day. The podcast that's here to stay: The Overnightscape!
Frank Edward Nora is not your average human being. He's a volatile mass of energy, and if he didn't have podcasting as a daily outlet, he just might explode. Journey inside his warped mind for 30 minutes a day and you'll gain a whole new perspective on your own sanity.
If you are new to podcasting and are searching iTunes for a podcast to subscribe to, this is the one. Frank will entertain you for 30 minutes daily. He is one of the original podcasters and has been doing internet radio long before podcasting or itunes existed. For an enjoyable and addictive 30 minute escape from reality, subscribe to The Overnightscape.THIS IS THE ONE! SUBSCRIBE NOW!........I SAID NOW!.........WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?........
I listened once and now I'm hooked. Frank faithfully delivers an entertaining show 5 nights a week. This podcast is all about the small frustrations and triumphs of everyday life which is how it pulls you in. Everyone has that bad commute where some oversized passenger (whether it be a german man on your bus or a jerk in a Hummer) decides he doesn't care if he smushes you... and then there is the glorious day when someone actually gets your lunch order right at the burrito place. Thought provoking, but never too heavy or serious, the Overnightscape strikes just the right balance.
Listening to this podcast is like having an unpretentious friend over that never outstays his welcome. I've never met Frank, yet he keeps me abreast of the latest on everything from candy to scotch and the single thing I feel I have to do in return is write this positive review. If only all relationships were this simple! Keep up the good work!
I usually do computer work while listening to Frank Edward Nora and I gotta say this guy is off the hook! I have a hard time concentrating on my work when he does some of his crazy product reviews. I don't know how many espressos with Mountain Dew chasers he drinks a day, but I wished I had a fraction of his energy! I found this podcast just recently and I listen to it every day. I highly recommend it. He helps me work faster! He's crazy - you'll love him!
I've listened to a lot of podcasts now, and this is my absolute favorite. Frank is always enthusiastic and can make any subject or product entertaining. The sound quality is excellent, and you feel like you are just spending time with a really fun and amusing friend, without the burden of having to hold up your side of the conversation. My husband was dubious at first, but after listening to a few episodes and getting to know some of Frank's quirks, he is completely hooked too. Even my four year old asks to listen to the Overnightscape during lunch every day (we skip the parts that Frank says are not "work safe" and the cigar reviews). This is a podcast discerning listeners should subscribe to, and download the old episodes of as well.
Listen to the Overnightscape. Frank Edward Nora turns his Joe Nobody’s life into a humorous, wonderful, whacky adventure from such mundane stuff as dropping his Cinnabon on a New York City street in the rain, drinking a can of exotic soda, smoking a cigar. With Frank everything is fresh and interesting. Everything is "cool". With Frank this poor, overused word still vibrates with new meaning. Frank’s humor is remindful of that explored by Jerry Seinfeld - the little details of daily life are really pretty funny. Frank also has this wonderful obsession with producing a 30 minute show, five days a week. I have tried many, many podcasts and the Overnightscape has stood the test of time like no other show. Try it.
