Bobby discusses gaming news like he's telling a story for each article he covers. I love it. He makes even topics that normally wouldn't interest me sound appealing. Highly recommend giving this show a listen!
The Bobby Blackwolf Show was one of the first podcast I ever listened to, and it opened the world of video game podcasting to me. Blackwolf is a great host for a number of reasons, but mainly because he always manages to keep the gaming news at the forefront, while at the same time taking callers and involving the audience. Anyone whos had the chance to talk to Bobby would also be able to tell you that he is insanely knowledgeable about both Gaming and Podcasting history, a skill that also adds to the great quality of his show. Though this review is short, its my first one and I hope that it is enough to encourage anyone who reads it to give the Bobby Blackwolf Show a listen.
You might not always agree with Bobby Blackwolf, you might cringe when he talks about Rock Band for the 10th time, but if you're looking for intelligent discussion about games and the games industry, with a little side of crazy callers and live chat comments, you can't do a whole lot better then this. I've been listening for a long time now, and it's become a staple of my commute lineup, especially now that he's archiving episodes again
After a hiatus the Bobby Blackwolf show is back! Listen in as Bobby gives you insight into the industry. Bobby covers a variety of topics on this show and interacts with a live chat room at the same time so you never know what is going to happen. In addition to that you can call into the live show and have your voice be heard. With Bobby's technical know how he can also explain how certain things work in the industry which is something that not a lot of podcasts can do. If you haven't listened to the show before than be sure to check it out. If you are an ex-listener who unsubscribed during the hiatus then be sure to come back to the Bobby Blackwolf Show. It's back and better than ever!
Glad to have the podcast back! Bobby brings vast knowledge and well thought out opinions to the table. Always engages with the live listeners to bring up other opinions. Well worth listening to live or as a podcast.
This is not another soulless gaming podcast reading news off The Internet. Bobby Blackwolf brings alot of character and heart to his show and talks about the world of video games as a fan, programmer, and journalist. The show is interactive with live callers and an active chat room. The Best straight up gaming news podcast that manages to stay on topic while not being boring. Great show; give it a chance!
It's rare to see anyone in the gaming podcasting sphere with real good and compelling radio skills. Bobby Blackwolf has those skills in spades. Bobby's shows are crisp, clean, and to the point. He also has a learned opinion about the topics he speaks about, which is usually video games. There is a reason why in the All Games Community Bobby is the man, you only need to listen to one show to recognize what that is.
If you are looking for a real answer to the newer games that are out there, then he is the person to hear. I love his reviews and comments. Also every Sunday you can call in and give your thoughts on anything that is video games. =) Keep up the good work.
The one the only, Bobby Blackwolf. Was the first child ever born in the internets. He still lives there running from agent smith and breaks out every sunday to chat with us all.
Bobby Blackwolf is one of the most thoughtful and intelligent people in the Video game podcasting community. I'd recommend this podcast to anyone interesting in video games.
Bobby Blackwolf's podcast offers a great insight to the world of videogames. Bobby does a fantastic job for being a one-man show. Callers and chat comments add their thoughts to the topics on the show. I believe this podcast is underrated!
Blackwolf's show has solid gaming content. What you see up front is what you get. It has a catchy theme, but it needs no gimmicks to deliver a well-thought out show to your ears. Honestly, the show may take a few episodes to get past the fact that Blackwolf has no cohost, but the revolving cast of characters that calls in is more than enough if you need some genuine interaction. The level of depth to the discussion here is something very few other podcasts approach. Five stars without a doubt.
Covering from whats on a gamers mind, not just games but what keeps you motivated.
Blackwolf's show covers various fields from music, game design, and much more.
Be sure to check out this show every Sunday.
I was impressed. He was informative and fun. I listen to all games interactive and bobby is a big part of the all games network and I thought I would give him a try, I was not disoppointed
It's not easy to do a one-man show but Bobby keeps it professional and engaging with the random callers and chatroom comments that he gets. Lots of focus on the independent gaming scene with interviews of the independent developers mixed with the mainstream news all in a manageable timeframe. Check it out...
Here's a show host who does it all: broadcasts a live streaming webcast, interacts in real time with his chatroom, banters with listeners who call in... If there are any criticisms to be made, they stem from the format. Being so dependent on his audience, if his listeners are feeling introverted that week, sometimes Bobby has to scramble to pull it off. Bobby's show really banks on participation. So the better you are, the better he is. Mostly, the amazing thing is how he not only manages to keep all of the balls up in the air at the same time, but to consistently make it interesting, honest, and personable at the same time.
Even though it's a solo host podcast, Bobby still manages to keep the show interesting ever week he deos it. While giving his honest thoughts on weekly gaming news, he really does a great job giving his opinion as an everyday gamer himself.
It can be fairly interesting at time, but hearing one person talk like he's the most important thing on the planet is nothing that I want to listen to. Bobby is an ok guy, but the show just isn't fun to listen to.
It's not flashy or taking any risks, but Bobby puts on a good show that is also interactive. Taped every Sunday night at 8PM est the live chatters and callers are usually buzzing on their take of recent gaming news. Of course you also have the views and opinions of Bobby Blackwolf himself.
Looking for a good gaming podcast without all the filler? Well then you're looking for The Bobby Blackwolf Show.
The Bobby Blackwolf show is very entertaining, and a credit to the All Games Network to say the least. There are usually a few good tidbits of gaming news, and sometimes interviews with people inside the gaming world. All in all it's a show not to missed, if there is a weak point it's the chatters. Every chance they get to let Bobby down they do it, ungreatful shutins.
The host is okay but really seems to drone at points, production values are okay but nothing amazing and content wise, again, it's okay but nothing special. The interactivity is nice but really pointless and boarderline boring if you're downloading it as a podcast, as everyone here is.
Bobby knows his stuff, has a great view on games, and he always listens to what the live listeners have to say! Tons of great interviews, news, and call-ins happen on this show. Subscribe now because you're missing out.
This Podcast = Win.
Bobby knows a lot about video games. Its surprising what all he includes in his show every week. From interviews, to political discussion, to actual listener's calling in, its all there and very entertaining.
