I am so glad I found this while browsing through podcasts on my iPhone.
It is truly good for all levels and abilities, I love that Chaz warms up during class right along with us. I noticed it before he actually mentioned it, because his flexibility improved as he progressed, and it really illustrated the fact that we all have to 'work' at it. The videos with impossibly thin, flexible young ladies (although some are very good!) usually become a bit discouraging to me. I love that he shows the more real side of things, I never get the feeling he is just 'showing off' how well he can do the more advanced poses, but he truly makes it accessible for all of us.
It never feels rushed and he really gives a solid explanation on the form and breathing for each pose or movement.
Since each show is 20 min or so, it is easy to fit in a busy schedule. And I love that each class has a certain focus or goal, many of which are viewer requests! I can't wait to try the hip flow and neck episodes other reviewers mentioned! He really keeps it interesting (I've learned several poses I haven't seen on other shows) yet approachable and pleasant.
Thank you so much for making these podcasts available, Chaz, you truly are sharing a gift with the world.
Oh yeah, I read through a ton of reviews just now and I was amazed at the one or two negative ones amongst all the positive feedback. I guess some people are just VERY hard-to-please, or maybe they were just in a bad mood that day! Thx again!
