This podcast isn't bad at all, up until episode 72. I stumbled upon this a few weeks ago and have been working through the episodes, and they're okay. The content is pretty par for the course, and they're not that dynamic, but I like a vegan podcast and there aren't a ton of good ones to listen to. Their phone interviews are usually pretty interesting, but the technical difficulties are just too much. Their interviewee cannot ever hear their questions, and it just makes for an extremely disorganized and uncomfortable interview. Come Episode 72, Jillian joins the crew, and it's just too much. Up until then, it had been laid back and fun to listen to, and everyone had respected when others were talking. I can't stand how she talks over everyone, tries to make everything relate back to her, and interrupts the guest with whatever she is apparently thinking. On her first episode, they interview Colleen Patrick Goudreau--pretty much the vegan Martha Stewart--and interrupts her so much that I couldn't finish the interview. Why even bother having guests? Or Co-hosts? I'm done with this one, and hoping to find another cool, laid back podcast where the host has been vegan for more than 6 hours. Thanks for the first 71.
