I have been listening to Cruze for years his selection in music is the best I have ever heard. If you listen as long as I have you feel like you know him. That girl saying Manchester in the house is his wife I know this from listening. DJ Cruze has explaned that he has to talk over the intro and outro for legal reasons no different than listening to the radio. Only you will never hear this kind of amazing spins on any radio. I say DJ Cruze don't listen to those who say you talk to much F them you rock don't ever stop!! If your wife goes to jennifercurl my wife will hook you up with jewelry she makes. spin forever
This is a great podcast. Complaints about him talking are overrated. He talks but its mainly to introduce artists and do shoutouts. Really, is that annoying, heck no. The music he plays is top notch, really excellent. I constantly find myself having to turn down the volume because Ill realize I have it cranked late at night. Excellent podcast!
... and talk, and talk, and then give shout outs, and play tag lines 40 times in one set. Constant interruptions. Boooo! Not so much a DJ but more a radio personality. If you're into hearing someone talk a lot through a set of dance music, then subscribe. If you'd rather hear uninterrupted music, go listen to the Deep House Cat Podcast (I'm just a fan). They have one tag line at the beginning, and then it's nothing but sweet deep house for 1-3 hours after. Mr Cruz, you could take a few pointers from the Cat!
I love this podcast, love it, love it! DJ Cruze really was the one who got me into electro. He always finds the best mixes of a particular song, and his technique is flawless. His website gives good information on all the tracks. And speaking of the web site, you can also find other DJ mixes there distinct from the podcast itself. The only flaw with DJ Cruze is that he leaves you wanting more, and then you have to wait for the next podcast!
Dj Cruze does talk a lot, but he explains that he has to do voice overs so people don't steal the music. He has mixes that don't have him talking, but the occational "You're listening to DJ Cruze on the DJ Cruze podcast" Go to his website, www.djcruze.co.uk There you can download mixes and songs that don't have all the talking on it. Also, it has all of his podcasts free to download.
I don't think he speaks to much, it is nice to know the info about the songs and all that, also the samples are well accomplished and he uses them as needed. I think he delivers a very professional and well done podcast. Cheers Cruze!

It takes more than knowing how to spin a record to be a good DJ you need a good ear and maturity. Most of you know what I'm talking about! Keeep the Mixes coming DJ Cruze!!!
I had never heard of Dj Cruze before this podcast nor have I listened to much house music. I downloaded a few podcasts and then all of them. I've listened to many of them tons of times. keep it up

I don't know who said they didn't like Dj Cruze's commentary, they're just nuts. His english accent and choice vocabulary only add to the already fantastic "funky house tracks" he's minxing. Dj Cruze never disappoints.
You must subscribe if you have any interest in House or Electro. DJ Cruze pumps out great music, mixed very well. He gets me groovin on all my breaks at work( I just have to bring my iPod). Much respect to tha DJ and PLUR to all. ~Shao Lin~
Ok I love your music, but you talk way to damn much. That girl saying manchester is in the house like 12 times per song and you talking for like 10 minutes is enough for me to stop listening. Take out the crappy talk and I will resubscribe.
he loves to hear himself talk, and just when the beat is getting good, he chimes in with another boring comentary on whatever. there is no way you could play this at a party or even just to hang out and chill. if you like listening to the radio with all of it's interruptions, then maybe this is for you.
Every podcast in this collection is excellent. DJ Cruze spins hot house music that is well mixed, great to listen to, and always fresh. I have listened to each podcast multiple times, and I still love them.
When I need to power stroke these keys and get the job done. I always say in my head. Where is my DJ Cruze. I put on his spins and next thing I know the day is gone and I'm goin home. It's been a long time since I wanted to listen to a DJ. Enter DJ CRUZE!!!! his tracks are unforgettable and resonate for days after hearing them. Top shelf high energy they make u want to get up and move. We have to applaud this extremely gifted man and his music, Thank You....... for putting the excitement of music back in my life. I wait patiently for each new Podcast.

I love your Podcast, this is the first podcast I ever downloaded. I just started listening to the older ones and the Christmass show rocks. Do more with R&B mixed in that was sweet. If you ever get a CD let me know. Again, this is an awesome PODCAST! Manchester is in the HOUSE!

Dj Cruze mixes what I would want to be the soundtrack to my life! It's a well rounded podcast that has all hottest dancefloor tracks with just a touch of old school. You even get info on tracks and a countdown to boot. Sick man, i keep playing it for everyone. A must for those nights before you head out and those mornings when you get in.
As pointed out in other reviews Dj Cruze excels in creating a great party vibe every episode building on the funky dance that must be "Manchester in the House", Great feel good music from a classy, fan-oriented DJ. Well worth the time to get to know.
