I had to stop the episode because of the stupidity of the woman on here. I randomly pick an episode and it’s about how to get more vascular. From the beginning she’s annoying cause she feels it’s fine to watch the VMA’s while doing a podcast, but that I can live with. It’s this next part that made me shut it off. She actually asked, and this is not a lie, what a vein was. “Is it like where the blood flows?” I’m all good with people not knowing what veins are, but it might be helpful if your going to do a podcast about muscle, diet and the body
The Anthony and Pete Era was the best! A lot of knowledge and funny as hell!
I really enjoy this podcast and their sister podcast The Bikini and Barbell show. Anthony and the Pete get right to what’s really going help you achieve your fitness goals.

About 20 min of good info buried in an hour of BS of them constantly talking about themselves. Made it through 30 episodes.... moved onto other podcasts.
Big Pete and Anthony are the best and most informative bodybuilding host on itunes. The info that they give should be sold but they give it away for free. I will forever be a subscriber,

10/10 would recommend for any fitness enthusiast at any point in their fitness journey. I started listening to it because my boyfriend Tom did and he seemed to be learning a lot. Now I find myself catching up on the latest without him. Literally so easy and convenient too. From a female point of view, it's also great because it's not completely focused around mens fitness. I'm relatively new when it comes to listening, but from what I've heard, there's a wide array of topics covered and I think that's what keeps me so interested. Anthony and Pete get straight to the point without dragging out information. I always walk away with something useful.
Great advice from top bodybuilding trainers. They are also beginning to post some advice videos, the latest showing meal prep. Very helpful! Also these guys are fun to listen to. Good natured ribbing adds life to the podcast. Give this a listen.
This podcast provides much needed, no BS motivation and information about fitness and nutrition. In addition, one can count on plenty of laughs when tuning in!
NYMR is the most entertaining podcast out there. Anthony and BIG Pete keep me laughing in every episode. Love the no fluff approach!!
Tons of free info from two guys you can really trust. They give the truth with no fluff. Download, binge, enjoy, and get the results. The psychology of dieting is a great podcast of theirs.
I have watched my dad over the last year as he has listened to this podcast, been coached by Pete and Anthony, and followed their information. He has made great improvements in his appearance and overall knowledge of weight training and diet. I enjoy listening to him talking about the podcast and started listening to it as well. Pete and Anthony are funny and very smart.
These guys are truly the best fitness coaches out there. Their no BS approach on fitness makes everything so simple!

I was trying to get into these podcasts on a regular basis until they mentioned their disdain for Colin Kaepernick. It's one thing to have your own opinion, but not everybody wants to hear it, especially after what happened in Charlottesville. Stick to protein powder.

I have been listening for many months now. I have purchased the Flexible Dieting Ebook & a package of programs (also ebook form) and absolutely love them! I love how Anthony and Big Pete cut through the BS of the fitness industry and keep things simple. I haven't missed a podcast since I started listening and have gone back through to replay some from a while back.

Seriously, it is. I've listened to all of them and the amount of info in one of these guys podcast is 5 times any other. Feels like I'm just hanging out talking fitness with a couple buddies. Great podcast! These guys have such a wealth of information and the way they relay that to the listener is perfect.

I love the energy these guys bring every week. They are always happy and excited to be passing along real knowledge we can use everyday. I have been under their guidance for some time now and I have seen such a transformation. I recommend this to anyway who wants to stay informed and motivated about their fitness.
Consistently good content, and the hosts manage to keep it informal yet professional. They have great guests and give good information without the fluff. I have been a fan since episode 25, and I can honestly say that they have been the biggest contributor to my fitness progress.

Been listening for a few months and I can't say enough good things about this podcast. Solid advice, good motivation and entertaining hosts. And all of the info they provide focuses on one thing: muscle building. Movement, strength, it's all important, but I only have time and interest in one thing, and that's what they focus on. Muscle. This is by far the best fitness podcast on iTunes. Pete and Anthony are so well spoken and have such a strong foundation of knowledge in the health and fitness world.
