Jamie does a great job of helping you to understand what to do for your own health. He patiently explains everything giving you the knowledge to help make decisions about how nutrition and fitness can make a difference in your life. There are so many trends in health now that can harm you, l love that Jamie takes the time to tell you the pros and cons of new diets and products on the market. And as a bonus, he’s funny!

The show is loaded with great information, and anything you don’t get you can go online and read the show notes. Such an insightful podcast! I HIGHLY suggest listening to the How to Create the Perfect Sleep Environment episode. I am a huge lover of sleep and I still learned new tips that I wasn't aware of. Yes to changing out your pillow every year, and going through the pillow test to see when it's time for the purchase to happen! Jamie hits it right on by reminding us how SLEEP is the vital nutrient for optimal health. You can work out all you want, eat healthfully, but without sound sleep, your body will be running on empty. Check it out!
I love this podcast! It’s short and sweet, yet informative, while consistently providing actionable advice to improve one’s health! Jamie does a wonderful job explaining the topic in an easy to understand and relatable way. As someone who is constantly thinking about their health and wellness, I believe this podcast is a MUST-LISTEN!

I love Regained Wellness. I drive up to 3-4 hrs a day to the University and it's always great having a very informative podcast that I can listen to. Jamie is full of information & he's very motivating as well. What I like about this podcast is that it's very consistent. There's always a new episode every week, that made me a keeper. Jamie, I know it can sometimes be hard to keep up with the podcast, but you are doing an excellent job!
It's clear that Jamie has a wealth of knowledge regarding the subject matters he discusses. The topics he addresses in each podcast are very relevant to the health & wellness issues that are currently being talked about and debated. Overall I've been learning a whole lot and it seems like Jamie genuinely wants to inform and help individuals make the right choices to live the healthiest life possible.
Consider myself fairly knowledgable in the realm of fittness. I read a lot, an dlisten ot multiple podcasts on the subject matter. This podcast gives you information that is not only practical, and can be directly implemented into your daily routine, but can actually lead to noticiable positive impact on your health. A lot of the stuff is newer info to me, someone who has been to a few of these rodeos. The stuff that i've heard before is described in greater detail, but in a way a lamen can easily absorb. Keep it up man behind the mic, your killing it. Can't wait to see/hear what comes next!
Very informative and interesting content. Each episode has great info. Recommended to a bunch of friends and they all love it too. One of my favorite podcasts that i’m subscribed to

I’m really liking this! So far it’s very interesting and informative.
Very informative. I am just learning about fitness and health and Jamie is great at covering all of the bases in depth. I highly recommend it!
