This podcast gives you information that is not only practical, and can be directly implemented into your daily routine, but can actually lead to noticiable positive impact on your health. A lot of the stuff is newer info to me, someone who has been to a few of these rodeos. The stuff that i've heard before is described in greater detail, but in a way a lamen can easily absorb.
