Reviews For 20/20

This podcast is trash. If you want any new episodes you have to pay? I already bought apply music to listen to podcasts. Greedy corporations.
I used to love listening to just whichever story was next. Now, it’s True Crime Vaults, etc. I prefer the investigative formats over the commentary formats. And could care less about the Diddy Trials
Decent content in the beginning, but very disappointing to listen to someone professionally trained as a lawyer who is recording on 20/20 of all places continually mispronounce words like “especially” and “anonymity”. Someone should be editing this.
Is there no producer or director to correct this guy’s pronunciation?

Same stories on repeat, uninteresting reporting. Lazy.
Why do these shows seem to start all over again right in the middle of it? So frustrating!
All victims deserve to have their stories told, however what about the victims that haven’t had their stories told yet? On a major platform like this? With the amount of money invested into ABC, I genuinely feel as journalists they can do so much better at highlighting victims & stories that require more extensive research & interviews. Lately, I’ve noticed 2 hr stories of the same stories most of us have heard everywhere else, or long ago. I would love to hear a story not yet told, or not wide spread. Those victims are in need of a louder voice.
This is one of my top 5 fav pods!! Listen to a few each night. Congratulations to David Muir for making the TIME cover. Well deserved. Don’t ever retire ;)
This episode stops playing mid episode or so and I cannot get any others to play after this episode. I really want to listen to them. What is the problem?
Please take bad rap out of this feed. People can subscribe separately if they want. He is vile and I don't want to be reminded of him every week.
**This is just my opinion, and any critique is more for the producers than to sway potential audiences one way or another.** I love these shows. Anything and everything true crime- that’s my jam. HOWEVER, the dramatized music, sounds, screams, etc. really ruin some of them for me. This episode in particular was too much. Were the sound effects of a cat being tortured while he’s describing exactly what he did to his sister’s cat really necessary??? Another example being earlier on when he’s talking about hitting the husband with a shovel. The sound effects mixed with guitar riffs was just…gross. I’m not gonna stop listening to episodes from 2020, because, again, I love me some true crime, but I’m gonna have to wait to hear this story told by Dateline.
Love the show. Hate your Clorox whispering commercials. I turn off the show.
The Podcaster says that Karyn Read has maintained her innocence since the beginning but that’s not correct. She was initially going to plead that it was an accident until an anonymous tipster told them to look at the Alberts which is how she and her slimy lawyers got the idea to concoct that whole conspiracy theory
Relying on the Diddy drama to carry this show is pure laziness. Real riveting LOL
Love that all these great true crime shows are in podcast format now. As a carpet installer i listen to podcasts 8-10 hours a day so the more the merrier. True crime IMO is best consumed in podcast format and you are one of the best. Love it
Listens to every episode while driving all day for my job! One of the best!
Love being able to listen to the podcast when I don’t have time to sit down and watch the episode

I'm catching up on some pods from earlier this year and hearing the coverage of the LA fires. Yes, this was unquestionably tragic, but I'm having a problem remembering similar coverage of the hundred years flooding that devastated NC and TN not so long ago. Those people don't have the resources to rebuild, and many lost their homes, communities, and jobs and are even living in tents.
Love my 20/20 show! Now I’m enjoying the Podcast as well it’s so captivating and it’s a creative way to make your mind go back to the story and carefully listen to the details as they explain from their point of view. I love to hear every single word in each story it’s awesome! Thank you 20/20
As an avid true crime podcast listener it’s disappointing to download a new podcast only to realize that you’ve already unraveled this same crime three weeks ago on another network podcast…this happening one time is bad enough but the three network shows/podcasts seem to have the exact same list of stories this season!
This newest episode is poorly done and acted it’s unfortunate that podcasts are starting to pop up this way I definitely won’t keep listening

The sympathetic tone for diddy is just 🤮. The leftist leanings are blatant throughout the entire show.
I typically enjoy the show in its TV format. The podcast is ok, but there are times when visuals would tell more of a story than the narration on its own. But, the guest on the last show made it unlistenable.
I appreciated how well done the story was. Being from Bozeman, I felt the story was told accurately with respect for the police work involved, as well as compassion for the survivors.
Appreciate the show but that Burlington commercial is so loud. Nails on a chalkboard screeching
I forgot Muir was a part of this until I saw his picture. I will unsubscribe now since I can no longer believe a word he says.
The background music in the podcast is too overpowering and should be removed. The compelling stories don’t need it, especially during what would have been a commercial breaks that aren’t necessary in a podcast. I strongly recommend eliminating the music or significantly reducing its presence.
Half this show is coming up next. It just repeats itself. The only good thing about it is that I now know I could never actually watch it either. As a podcast you can’t tell who is talking the story is so repetitive I found myself not even paying attention
The stories are compelling but the sound effects, especially in the episode about Israel Keyes, are jarring. They really make it hard to listen to. Please include some sort of warning.
Too much useless audio clips that just fill space to make the show longer.
I feel like people aren’t understanding this is just the tv show in podcast form.. the music is likely from parts where b roll plays on the television. Just ignore it???
Nobody can take Muir seriously as a journalist after his embarrassing performance “moderating.” Activist disguised as a journalist. Dishonest propagandist.
I really like this show. I had to turn it off, however, when an ad with a whispering woman started playing in my ears. Please do not assault our ears with people’s gross spit mouth noises. 😅 Thanks!
As a listener, I always appreciate the clarity and professionalism of this podcast and the talent involved in its production.
The same audio clips used over and over to stretch out the story to 3x the needed time. This could be so much better by not being so redundant. When you same the same thing over and over it really takes away from the story. There is no need to keep saying the same thing over and over. See. I said the same in several ways

Hate the music it’s so dramatic and cringe
Y’all are doing too much with the music. It’s every episode. It’s awful and it distracts from the story. Gives me a headache. I turned off this latest episode (probably the last one I try to listen to) 6 mins in because the music was just so obnoxious.
One of my new favs! Great story telling and music! I see lots of negative comments about the music but I thought the exact opposite! It makes me feel like I’m listening to a documentary / I can picture it being on tv as I listen! New fav series !
The music and sound effects are very disruptive and overdone. Please work on this.
The show is very interesting but the music is distractingly awful. I feel like I’ve accidentally streamed some trash dating show.
The information is good but the podcast would be SO much better without the pauses/interruptions of music and sound effects, which are SO irritating.
Just let the people talk without annoying background music.
The story of Marlon Barnes is absolutely heartbreaking! So sorry to his loved ones and friends! Xoxo
The stories are good but it is very difficult to hear the story because of the background noise and the dramatic loud sounds.
Stories are good, however the music choices seem to be so poor. Music matters it sets a mood or turns you off. The music choices do not enhance your stories it detracts from them.
