Mission: Impossible III (2006)

Tom Cruise has to stop an arms dealer from getting a hold of a bio hazard known as the Rabbit's Foot. J.J. Abrams' directorial debut, Mission: Impossible III in some ways hearkens back to the more intimate tone of the original, but a lot of the fun of the series has gone out the window. The late Philip Seymour Hoffman makes a great villain, but this one feels more generic and a bit out of step of where things should go for the series.
