Critical Incident Review - Fatal OIS SWAT Vehicle Takedown in San Bernardino

On August 18, 2021, the San Bernardino California SWAT Team was assigned to locate and arrest a suspect who had ambushed and attempted to murder a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy the day before.
